Directions to room were confusing because of parking our car. We were told to go building C which we had trouble finding. Map on busy weekend could have been provided or perhaps sometime outside directing where to go.

Room was comfortable and close to downtown. Shuttle service was good. Staff was friendly.

Our sink drain was plugged up. Air in room felt very stuffy. Housekeeping missed us after the first night, but after that it was fine

Need more parking spaces, even given late night arrival. Coordination between Hilton and Booking was poor, especially on Booking end (conformation numbers, communication, etc.). Will probably book directly through Hilton next time.

Staff interaction was excellent / outstanding, better than first class. Seemed to really care about visitors. Room(s) were also excellent and as requested, especially given late night arrival.

Would have loved a hot tub! :)

Clean and comfortable; loved the atrium for breakfast and sitting at the fireplace with a cup of coffee while waiting for family to get up. We enjoyed the pool. Also, the hotel was close enough to walk to university and to town (though that might be farther than many people care to walk).

Got a room upgrade, clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower. Well equipped room - fridge, microwave, airconditioner wifi. Ice machines available on each floor. Ample parking facilities, Friendly courteous staff

The hotel is pet friendly, and we were awakened by a toy dog yipping during the night a couple of times. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but not bad. There was no channel guide for the TV.

All of the staff - reception, housekeeping, restaurant - were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good options and a beautiful open atrium setting. The hotel is right off I-89 and easy to find.

There was a lack of free access to a conference room for a quick business call on Zoom. A room was offered as a compliment only later after my complaint. Cost of the breakfast weren't consistent and charges were not clear.

Staff were great and very helpful, bar and restaurant were great, again especially the staff. Airport shuttle at 3am was really appreciated and helpful. Free coffee and tea in reception too.

My room didn’t have a microwave so I was unable to make my baby bottles without running under hot water in the bathroom for 5-10 minutes.

Location was convenient and the restaurant inside was delicious (the tavern) had a surprisingly amazing chicken Caesar salad !!!

There’s a bad smell in the hallways. No trash bags in the trash buckets.

Location was perfect. Everything we needed to do was on one of two streets. Mall and high school were both within less than 1 mile. Restaurant and tavern were exceptional.

Not a great location if you want to go for a walk or explore the area on foot. A good place to spend the night if you are en route to somewhere. The room did not have outside ventilation - the window opened into an inner courtyard, which smelled of chlorine from the pool. A LOT of noisy kids running everywhere, even at 2am!

The room was great - very spacious and had all facilities. The beds were comfortable.
