Really it was a wonderful stay.

Sara reached out to me regarding the type of pillow my husband needed. We needed a pet free room and she accommodated my request. We had no shampoo in the container and it was brought up immediately . Breakfast was amazing the staff so attentive - constantly in view and rearranging and organizing the buffet. One of the nicer home suites.

The friendly welcome, we were close to restaurants, the pool was amazing for the kids, clean, clean, clean, the welcome on the TV. Over all our stay was fantastic. Very accommodating. Quick to adjust to us traveling with a dog as well.

I didn’t like how the front desk person checked us in only for it to be someone else room. And they was in it. Me and another guest had the same name so that’s how the mix up happened, and they couldn’t find my reservation. He looked at my id and still gave me a key. It took him another 45 mins to check us in still. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. And let me not forget how he argued with us the whole time. The hotel itself is nice and clean but the attitude of the front desk person was horrible. I can’t remember his name but I’m convinced he does drugs!

Breakfast was good, but Saturday morning we arrived just after it opened and the eggs were cold. That was my only complaint as everything else was excellent.

I have to be completely honest, the breakfast needs to be stepped up. Coffee was warm not hot. Waffles should have been a bit more toasted and hotter. Eggs and omelets were too wet. The bagel my granddaughter had was dry and old. Fresh fruit looked very old as well. Not very appetizing. The room's kitchenette should be stocked with a small dish washing soap. Thank you.

It's kind of a small thing, but there wasn't a fan in the bathroom to ventilate and every little thing could be heard.

Our stay was overall a comfortable one from start to finish. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

Nothing could have been better. It was great.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and different both mornings we were there. My son loved the amenities especially the basketball court. The pool area was very nice, although no one got in the pool.

Place was very clean. One of the most cleanest Hotel we have been to. I usually complain of cleanliness with hotels but this hotel did not disappoint. We love that there are extra pillows that are available in the closet which are very very clean and some extra blankets that are clean as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful The buffet breakfast is delicious and the tables and chairs on the dining area is also very clean.

They literally thought of everything!! It was comfortable very clean and the staff was excellent extremely kind. The breakfast was good and the grounds were really nice. They have everything you need in the hotel and more. They even wrote sweet messages on their bananas for breakfast.
