You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI did not like the fact that I was placed on the 4th floor all the way at the far end as far away from the elevators as possible. This was off peak season and there was no reason I couldn't have been put in a more convenient room location.
The room was great. Clean and very comfortable. I really liked the full refrigerator with sink and dining ware. The bed was very comfortable. The HVAC system was top notch.

United States of AmericaBreakfast tasted fine. However, a microwave in that area would be beneficial to reheat the breakfast sandwiches presented. The "warming" container used, didn't really keep food hot or warm. Almost nit-picking at this stage.
Loved the location backing onto the bay. Watching blue herons, cranes, and other wildlife. Also appreciated seating for smokers. Most hotels you're pushed to the end of the building, here benches and other seating.

United States of AmericaThe pool at the time when I went did not appear that it was clean. Looked a little mirky but I do not know if it was because I went late at night. The pool stays open until mid-night. Also, did not like that you have to pay for parking at the hotel.
