The pool was very cold and dirty. The room could've been cleaned better. Breakfast was from 6-9am, so my kids and I missed breakfast. They didn't tell me what time breakfast begins or end, so you gotta ask.

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and a pleasure to talk to.

Our allergies started to act up in the room and no oven (my preference).

The staff was super nice, housekeeping fixed up the rooms while we went away was very sweet, the view from the room was amazing! The kids enjoy the pool and I loved how restaurants and shops were walking distance. We came up here for work purposes but I’m glad the stay was well worth it.

We selected the option pay at hotel. The hotel manager decided to go ahead and charge my card before we got there. The problem is her reasoning was it was a fully booked hotel and she didn’t want returned payments. She could’ve left that off. So glad our payment went through and the breakfast was horrible.

Our sink was filthy and a lot of trash left in the garbage disposal so when we went to use it everything came back up along with water and trash. Our toilet was also broken.

Location was really good. Breakfast was awful. Pool was closed and it would’ve been nice if we knew that because we would’ve booked another hotel since we were with children.

I didn’t like being told the wrong information about when my money return on card definitely told me wrong information then lady was like o my bad really ugh this only reason I’m not returning to this one maybe another location but was clean or whatever

Several of the pieces of equipment in the gym were broken. Two cardio machines, one towel, grass on the mat, and the cable machine had a big hole in the plexiglass.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. It was open Sunday and Moday and closed the rest of the week. i understand it needs maintained but i could have rented a room cheaper and closer to my sister but I wanted an indoor pool for my grandkids. They were very disappointed. I was told Tuesday it was only closed for the day and then it continued.

as with any hotel the noisy neighbors and weed smell while walking to the room was $&tty.

a lot of stuff was out: no shower gel/shampoo in our shower, tried to do laundry but they were out of detergent to buy. the indoor pool was frigid

Was not happy with the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink, My room was very limited on utensils. A cutting board would be nice, and the darkening shade was broken, which I reported, but was not fixed during my stay. I had to stand on the air conditioning/heat unit and manually turn the shade up to be able to see out the window. Breakfast was 7-9 which I thought should at least be extended on a weekend. Missed breakfast 2 of the 4 days because it ended at 9:00am. Most Hampton's have a 7-10 window for breakfast.

The facility is located in a nice area of town and easy access. Plenty of parking, large lobby and courteous personnel. Restaurants nearby. Friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was on a budget and I felt like I got a great value... No regrets booking at all! Everything was clean... The lighting could've been berry on the room for my pics haha! But that's pretty trivial . I'm very glad I booked here and would definitely recommend
