Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was a little dated. The sink in the bathroom leaked everywhere, and the faucet soaked the floor. Reported to the front desk in the morning. Hopefully, they fixed it!
Location was fabulous, right across the street from so many things to do. Staff was super friendly. Loved that they offered cruise port transportation for a fee, made our morning seamless.

United KingdomI was super disappointed that booking didn’t tell Me When I booked that only 2 of us will be allow breakfast and I will have to pay for the other one , if not I will book somewhere else to book. Been using booking and this never happen to me, really embarrassing when you go for breakfats as a family of 3 and only 2 cans have breakfast and you have to pay for the other . Really disappointed . I ei Think twice now when booking with you, and the lady at the hotel tols me that o my happwns to people that book with booking.

The coffee machine had no instructions so we were not able to use. Naturally being British tea and a kettle would have been nice option. Thank you though. Fair price for our stay.

Cayman IslandsWell when i first went there, it was much better and in a better condition that'n it is now, it need to upgrade, they used to have a nice souvenir shop, there are not bell boys or bellman to help with the luggage, and remember you have a lot of demand because the Port is near by and a lot of those travellers do come to you, you all need to improve to a better customer service skill. You also need to give a exterior face lifting in other whords refresh the painting, the corner area it looks dirty, guetto, and remember you are located right in Biscayne Boulevar, it need to look good and atractive to people and customers on genersl, the interior the carpert need to be changed it 8s very old and smell awfull. I know it requiere money to fo all that, but at the end if the day you will make all that and more in no time, also parking lot should not be charge for guess, i live in Cayman Island and hotels over here from the inexpensive ones to the 5 star hotels, don't charge for parking. If the others hotels do charge, you make the difference and you see how you will be the best hotel in that area.
I been a customer for the Holiday Inn for over 25 years since the very first time i travel to the USA,, and reason been is the area where is located, because if you travel either alone, with familly or friends, you enjoy it that is my point of view, i like it.
