We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statescoffee station offered no cream or 1/2 and 1/2. only flavored coffee creamer. even the milk was 1%. not the cup of coffee I was looking forward to. Had to drive elsewhere for a decent cup of coffee. very disappointing. Everything else was very good. Shower head was too high! Would have been nice to have handheld attachment in the shower for rinsing.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Room was clean .

IsraelI specifically booked this hotel because of its indoor swimming pool. However, it was out of service due to a pump issue.. And breakfast area could not accommodate the capacity of guests plus there was food shortage.

Hotel over all clean , room was clean ,staff friendly ,few issues that we had were extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows, didn’t sleep all three nights , pool that is indoor very cold and breakfast is very cheap , basic but coffee was great.

United StatesThe total charge to my two nights stay were higher than the charge Booking.com informed me. When I checked out In the morning of 11/18/23, I showed the front desk about the total amount from my Booking reservation. The front desk service personnel first tried to convince me to accept their charge, and late agreed to adjust their charge to match the cost fro my Booking account. But I still see extra $30.91 added to total charge amount from my Booking reservation on my credit card transaction. I had multiple reservations from Booking.com and only had such problems with Holiday Inn express. I wanted to give them good reviewing but this charge dispute made uncomfortable. I would think to avoid make reservations to Holiday Inn from Booking in the future. Thanks.
