What I didn't like was that there was no staff at the check encounter when I arrived. Another guest had to let me in because you need a key card to enter the hotel. After I was letting it took a while before staff came to check me in

The hotel was located next to a shopping plaza that had plenty of restaurant opportunities. The room was clean and comfortable. The place was secure as you need the key card to access the lobby and I said elevator. Staff was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located off the highway and a short distance away from TD garden.

The front desk clerk had a very heavy accent and I had trouble understanding her. She was very kind and patient with me though. Very knowledgeable in her work.

The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty and had gluten free option. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not great for the value. AC is very noisy so we would have to turn it off to sleep but then it would be too hot. It was not very clean. We saw stains on the bathroom and the floor next to the bed. Coffee was not great.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the location was close to the airport, which was convenient for me. It also had lots of parking, which was helpful because I was driving.

The parking is an issue if you end up driving for an event and come back later. I will definitely use an alternative service next time.

The breakfast was decent, had a nice variety. It goes quick but they also replenish what they can. We reserved a Queen deluxe room for a family. Our room was spacious with 2 queen beds, small living room area, clean, stocked with plenty of towels, extra bedding if needed, had a small refrigerator/Kerig with a pods. It was surprisingly quiet in our part of the hotel. Lastly, they had a shopping plaza near by, which was a surprise. We would definitely stay again.

My only issue with the stay, causing me to give less stars is the fact that our rooms weren't cleaned during the entire stay and we had to ask for clean towels and washcloths ourselves. We assumed our rooms would be serviced while we were downstairs, at breakfast or at least hear a knock on the door asking if we need anything, but none of that happened.

The location was perfect as every store we needed for forgotten items was right through the parking in a huge strip mall. The breakfast was good. My 1 year old especially, enjoyed it. I use a wheelchair and had no problem getting around. The staff was friendly as well.

The elevators made me very nervous and scared. They need to be up to date and more safer for people to use and the location made me scared too.

Housekeeping was nice, if you don't have a sign on door and you are in the room just chilling the Housekeeping person would just walk in didn't like that. It happened 2 days in a row.

The ease of getting checked in early. I had an early arrival of 10ish a.m., and I was able to get a room. I also had an issue with the first room the smell, and I was issued a better room with no problems. The male staff was helpful and friendly. I love that they had a shuttle to and from the airport for a fee of $10 each way. Location is great for a lot of stores/restaurants in the South Bay Center area in walking distance. Hot breakfast daily was an added bonus. Security was excellent. To get in the hotel, you needed your key card and to get to your room via elevator. you needed your key card. No one can just enter this hotel have to be buzzed in. Very safe!!! Clean and comfortable, I can't say enough.

Location is practical but far from picturesque. The charge for parking is exaggerated given the enormous shopping mall parking behind the hotel and the location.

Staff is pleasant, the room is comfortable and spacious, amenities are good, breakfast is standard but good for what it is in these kind of hotels.

Location in relation to main freeway, made getting there a little frustrating. But this isn't something that can be changed so not an issue.
