Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaLOVED the quiet location. The walk to the monorail was two minutes away so we could head into the strip in fifteen minutes. No casino in this hotel and I loved it! If you want to gamble, option to walk to the Westgate Hotel (another two minute walk). We were here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center with our daughter for the weekend and it was really nice to be in a relaxing smokefree hotel that I didn't have to walk a mile to get to my room. There was also a kitchen with all the amenities in our unit. Beyond our expectation. Thank you, Hilton. We will be back!

United States of AmericaI didn't like that the windows wouldn't open, especially because there was no cooling unit in the room to create white noise. There was a dial thermostat, but the forced air didn't come out very strong, so it was difficult to cool the room. They did, however, end up providing us with a couple of fans for the room, which took care of the white noise and temperature situation. The bathroom was tiny, and the beds weren't super comfy. Also, the hottub wouldn't heat up, which was a little disappointing.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel and pool were quiet and uncrowded and clean. We enjoyed the lounge areas and cafe/store. The kitchenette was a nice feature, and the proximity to the monorail was super convenient! The shower pressure was amazing, and they provided a light-up magnifying mirror for putting make-up on, which I really appreciated!

United States of AmericaThe shop down stairs isn't 24/7 and the pool closes early, but I get those people want to go home and see their families to.
It is so close to the strip , an easy walking distance, staying off the strip saved us money and its very affordable. Staff greeted you every time you came back into the building and housekeeping was always polite and respectful.

United States of AmericaThe smoke area being near the pool and my toddler had to inhale smoke while we were trying to enjoy pool time. Also, pool hours for Vegas is too short.
The property was clean well kept.

GermanyWe had a special request for a higher floor and we got our apartment at the 16th floor with a nice view to Stratosphere. The room was very well equipped, even with washing machine and dryer that were very helpful for us. There are many mini markets around the hotel and you can reach the main attractions in Las Vegas with Uber/Lift at a very reasonable price. The parking was included. I would stay again here :)

United States of AmericaThe prices in the deli/store could be a little cheaper.
The spaciousness and layout of the suite was perfect. The supplies in the kitchen were perfect. The furnishings and kitchen appliances were exactly what we needed. I loved the deli/store on the lobby level. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. When the water was shut off for a repair I was given a credit in the store for the inconvenience and that made up for it.

United States of AmericaNothing I didn’t like. 1 morning there was no water and we were not notified prior. We missed meetings since we could not shower or get ready. The staff made up for it. So we sat by the pool. Not the worst thing that could’ve happened
The staff hands down is absolutely the best!
