I thought it was a continental breakfast then after we ate we got a bill most of your hotels the breakfast is included for as much as you pay for a night stay the breakfast should be included if I knew it wasn't included I would of looked for another hotel

I’m not a fan of the separate company doing breakfast, and charging (with tip?!) for what was basically the same as any complimentary breakfast at a similar hotel. Free breakfast is something I look for when choosing a hotel and I will probably avoid this chain in the future because I found this experience annoying.

We were disappointed that we paid more to stay at this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we arrived we found the hot tub was permanently closed. We could have gone to a less expensive hotel if we had known.

Pillows although fluffy were unsupportive on the neck. Bed was a bit hard, but I have slept on worse!

Was a but early arriving and was permitted to check in about 45 minutes before designated time. Desk staff was friendly and cheerful. Very close to a lot of shopping and an easy drive to the farm show complex.

Close to Hershey Park. There are two pools which kept my kids occupied when we returned to the hotel. Staff was extremely accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked thru booking.com And the front desk was unaware of free breakfast .. They had to bill the room then deduct it.. From a hospitality background, I think there's an easier way to do that. Also in the evening jacuzzi was filled with toddlers.. I'm sure there is no way to notice that, but after a long day a nice jacuzzi hot tub would be a way to end the day... but instead straight to bed.

The mattress closest to the bathroom in room 428 needs to be replaced and the pillows could be firmer. The air conditioning unit was loud at times and the bathroom sink has a slow drain.

Pool was amazing. Breakfast was good and made it a nice convenience.

The bathroom needs major renovation. It didn't match the rest of the room or hotel. The bathtub has rust stains in it that look like poop and the bathroom smelled unclean no matter how much I sprayed.

Great location near shopping and Hershey. Pool inside and outside. Great space in room and soft beds.

Breakfast was great, but, it was included in the room and I still had to pay, then they credited me later. Not much of an issue but it would have been a little less hassle to not have to pay, just have it in the room rate. One other minor issue - the bathtub in my room could be replaced. It was kind of old and had sort of a divot which collected water, so there was some rust and water stains and the next morning when I showered, there was a cold puddle of water in the tub that I stepped in. But those were minor, the staff and location were great, the food was very good, and it was in a quiet area off the interstate. Would def. stay there again.

Great location - very helpful employees. I had booked for two nights, a Sat/Sun but for some reason the reservation had me there Mon-Wed. But they had plenty of rooms so were able to accommodate me with no issues. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and easy to control the temp.
