The quality of Mon Ami Gabi has gone down significantly since I past dined there. I had been bragging about it and was super excited to share with my guest, who reported it was about they same as iHOP. I agreed. super disappointed. Also, the pool staff started cleaning up chairs and telling people to leave at about 430, even though the sign said they close at 6.

location location location. also the front desk staff was terrific.

They missed up and sold the room we were in to someone else. The people walked in our room then the hotel cancelled our key. I had to stand in line 1 1/2 hours to get the key fixed. They gave me a $100 meal credit but we were leaving the next morning early and didn’t have time to use it.

The cost of everything was over priced - similar to other hotels in the centre of the strip but the pool bar prices were obscene in comparison to other bars in the hotel. Also unable to use Caesars rewards as from the UK but everything was accessed through it.

The location and quirkiness- really like the Beer Park bar and the room was spacious and comfortable

Difficult check in and everything was very expensive. I would suggest offering a small discount for rooms when people are staying there due to a competition. We are already spending so much at your hotel just to come and compete.

Easy to navigate and rooms were comfortable.

The hotel rooms were very dated and old. There was no vent in the bathroom and overall needs to be updated. It’s also super annoying that there is just 1 entrance when there are several doors all around the casino that you could exit but they block them off. Very inconvenient.

We paid for a view of the effil tower but the windows in foom 2011 were very dirty and the dirt even showed up on our photo's, even out kids mentioned how dirty the window were when we face timed tgem to show them the hotel view. Aslo very strong smell of smock as soon as you enter the building. A lot of people smoke as they play the casino, we couldn't play the slots as people would come smoking next to you, so we had to move when we didn't want to switch machines.

great location and lots of restaurants on site. The best place we ate was the Effil Tower restaurant. It was a great experience, and although at the higher end price wise, it was well worth it.

Downsides - all rideshare pick-ups have been relegated to the back, dark depths of the rear parking garage. And even if your room is ready early, they will only let you in early if you pay an additional $50 - why? No idea. It's not like they are paying someone to prepare the room early etc. The bad - checking in takes forever. No matter the time of day or night, the line up at Reception is always 30 to 45 mins+ to be served.

Location was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

No coffee machine, even budget motels do free coffee !! No water machines near rooms. Airport style check in queues. Had to drag cases through the whole shopping / food area from self parking.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable . Good base for access to things to do. Pool area was relaxing.

There is nowhere to sit. There are hardly any chairs and tables at the various counter service restaurants—we spent $15(!!!) per sandwich and had to stand to eat. The prices on the food and drink items. $6 for a small coffee!?! That’s too much. Add Keurigs to the rooms. We’re already paying a $50 resort fee—we can’t get discounted coffee!?!

Location. Clean. Pretty. Lots of food choices

Location on the strip was great. The room was huge, had a minor issue with the AC at first but two mechanics later the room got cold and comfortable. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Check-in time was ridiculous. The self check in service didn’t work for us so then had to join the back of a long queue to check in with hotel staff. There just wasn’t enough staff at all for the amount of people. This was similar at checkout too but luckily the queue wasn’t as long. The gym didn’t open until 07:00. We found this frustrating as we would’ve used this facility if it was 24/7 or opened earlier.

    Fantastic location.

Access to the Versailles tower is through the horseshoe casino. Which is a nice small casino. But if you want to be closer to the Paris casino, you should stay in the other tower. Although it’s very close. So we didn’t mind this at all!

Very easy check in for the Versailles tower in the Horseshoe casino. No line!! Great location. Lots of restaurant choices.
