Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower was very nice - hot, strong, large. I will always prefer a bath but I get that in a desert motel this isn't possible!
Large comfortable room with a lovely view from the top floor, microwave and fridge, clean, quiet, staff very pleasant, smiley and helpful (if your tv doesn't come on with the remote then there is a hidden switch centre bottom of the screen you need to press first). Enjoyed breakfast, which included boiled egg and hot red potatoes as well as fresh fruit.

The Ubers were always told to entered through the exit, from the GPS.
The property was quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Great location! Close to the strip, shopping malls, and good food but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet in the evenings. Smaller pool but not busy. Same breakfast as most hotels. The food is nothing too exceptional, but gets the job done. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great!
Very clean! Breakfast was great (eggs, kielbasa, honeydew, waffles and lots more)! Location was close to the airport. Toiletries were excellent. Bathroom was updated with walk-in shower. Very helpful staff!

Shuttle to and from airport was terrible. I called multiple times before our trip to confirm the shuttle would be running on Christmas night. We waited over an hour on the shuttle after he came and then left with no one in the car knowing that we were walking down to the pick up area because I had called the hotel.
Breakfast was great and cooking staff was very friendly.

If I had to nitpick, the fitness and sauna/hot tub area could've been periodically swept.
The airport shuttle was a huge convenience for us as we didn't have to worry about getting to and from the airport. Breakfast is always a hit with the kiddos as the options changed daily. Super clean room and friendly hotel staff.

Its a bit of a walk to get to any shops or the Deuce bus stop. The best pub is Steiners 20 min walk away but its a dark road at night so recommend Uber. The strip is not within walking distance so its Uber or The Deuce. Expect to do a lot of walking in Vegas! Its only a small thing, but the breakfast room has the TVs on mute and in the morning it would have been good to have some background music or at least a bit of TV volume to avoid the feeling we were sitting in a silent Library.
Vey good Breakfast. Lovely room and tea/coffee maker. Very clean. Free coffee in reception and a nice pool area. Ideal for guests with cars.

It was a little difficult to find especially at dusk. Once we figured out that there are exits from I-15 in both directions it was easy to find our way around.
It was located away a short distance from the strip and was quiet and peaceful. When I was there, Las Vegas was preparing for the F1 race and the Strip was a mess. The room was comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was great. Will stay there again when we return to Vegas.
