The only thing that was a concern was the fire alarm in the bedroom closest to the kitchen was not functional. The battery was popped out.. also, the shower glass runs an extreme amount of water onto your floors.

The house itself was very accommodating. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were nice. It was walkable to town.

I can't say I disliked anything about the property. My only suggestion would be to replace the couch/sofa with something other one with fabric. BUT DEFINITELY NO COMPLAINTS! Matt was very accommodating and a super host!!!!

I enjoyed every aspect of the property and the communication with the host Matt. Amazing location, quiet neighborhood, newly updated and has all the amenities. I would highly recommend.

Hot water in shower, you couldn't take a shower in both showers at the same time. Near some train tracks, at least you could hear trains at night. But overall these did not really affect our stay and we would stay again.

Location! Walking distance to most of Old St. Augustine. Kitchen was very good. Parking is free. Host had everything you would need.

Great location. Wish we stayed longer. Cute little breakfast diner in walking distance called Blue Hen. Also a great restaurant and distillery close by and walking distance. Highly recommend. Matt’s property was clean and very nicely appointed. Matt was very communicative and was able to get us in a little earlier. Highly recommend.

There is nothing negative to say besides the front neighbors moving at 11pm, making loud noises hauling and throwing things into the moving truck.

The proximity to downtown activities and the ease of finding the location of the property. The home is newly renovated and with close attention to detail. The host is available for any questions throughout your stay and is very polite. The property has all the amenities you would expect from the comforts of home, including laundry room, fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, and linens.

The property was in a great location. It was extremely clean and very nicely furnished with a perfect layout for us. We didn’t use all of the appliances but it was nice to know they were available. The host was very responsive.

The pull out bed was broken and we really needed it. A real problem

The scary creepy house next door at max level 100. Need light to stay on in the back. The automated light turned off and we all screamed. A cockroach ran out at night and we had to kill it with a slipper. The ceiling fan in the room at the front of the house could not stay on without the lights being on no matter how many different combinations we tried. It did not work. Guests Had to sleep without the fan. There were noises at night like something is shuffling about. There is a train nearby but not too loud. Only 1 parking spot.

Aesthetically pleasing. Very nice decor and new appliances. Makeup wipes were a nice touch and keurig was very much appreciated. Blankets for movie watching was nice. Beds comfortable and towels fluffy not scratchy. Ac was great. Walk to the district was decent, far but not terribly. Welcome wine and snacks were lovely!

Wonderful little house in a funky historical neighborhood within walking distance to many of St Augustine’s top areas of interest.
