When we arrived, the AC of the room was not working. The second room they moved us to also had no working AC. There was no breakfast provided. Pillows were composed of loose square foam pieces. I found them uncomfortable to sleep on. The beds were queen size. Spacious to sleep on but difficult to get into from the side closest to the wall.

Air conditioner worked well. Comfy beds. Room was very clean. Very large refrigerator.

Refrigerator barely work door did not lock all the way there was no telephone in the room the air would not come on no ashtray and nasty .. the bad squeaked every time you moved.. it was horrible I will not be back

Everything. If I could give this a negative number I would! The other people staying there appear to be residents or living there short term or permanently. Even though the rooms were non-smoking. Other people smoked cigarettes, marijuana, and were drinking outside their rooms and in front of the room I was assigned. The pillows were horrible. Extremely flat, or as if someone stuffed lumps of old socks in a pillowcase. The tv picture was fuzzy - no clear picture on any station. The station list was way off and not as many stations on the tv. The refrigerator did not keep food cold. The air conditioner initially took the heat and humidity out of the room, then shuts off and never turns back on. Someone attempted to enter my room - thankfully the locks work! Shower has standing water - 2 inches if using it. Towels are rough and thin. I left early am due to unable to sleep. I will NEVER stay at a Wyndham hotel, Days Inn or partner hotel ever again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this chain!

The location to I-75 was the only good thing about this experience.

The stairs closest to our room were broken and not properly taped off. The floor in our room was very sticky. The bathroom did not feel clean. There was something brown dripping down the bathroom door as well as the toilet. The toilet was broken. The TV remote did not work.

Convenient location. Ok option for just passing through for the night.

Toilet paper holder was hanging by 1 screw and fell off. There were stains on all the sheets. No extra towels only 2. The remote didn't have a back for the battery compartment. One light by the bed didn't even have a light bulb. The toilet seat was peeling and inside rim was disgusting. The bath tub had been painted so it was so rough on the bottom it hurt to sit for a bath. Overall just a very cheap layout and not upkept especially for the price and a 50 dollar deposit hold.

Rude horrible staff… Got there after a long trip and exhausted the room had no air and the toilet overflowed and didn’t work. The lady at the front desk lied and said she didn’t have any other rooms and they were full although she was checking in people without reservations the staff was rude and horrible. Horrible stay.

The price was changed from $54 before to $71. Because of booking.com. Having issues at the time of reservation. So i Was overcharged almost $20 because of booking.com issues.

The price I tried to choose the $54 offer on booking.com and for the second time it forced me to pay a higher rate almost 80 dollars plus 50 deposit. This is a total of 60 plus dollars I have been over charged in a 48 hour time. I'm very upset that booking.com offered this discount but did not honor it.

The room wasn't very clean. There were bloody fingerprints on the bathroom door. The air conditioning had broken buttons. Two of the night lamps didn't work.

The beds were comfortable.
