The breakfast was bad. The breakfast served was not the quality of breakfast for the amount of the stay. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7 to 10. But at 9am there was no eggs and very 2 sausage link left so was only able to drink a cup of coffee. Bit to mention the Uber driver took it upon himself to take the last two sausage and some french toast stick with his bare hands. Very unsanitary. You can do better.

Great place for a staycation. Close to Katy Mills. Great pool. Nice area. Nice public spaces in the hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. Very clean hotel. Kid friendly.

Cleanliness of hotel & room, change air filters, shampoo the carpet in the common areas, something to address the smell.

Musky smell of mildew in the lobby and in the room. Overpriced for what it was. Only stayed 1 night, moved to True.

Breakfast pretty much doesn't exist. Arrived at 8 am. There were some cold premade pancakes. A few sausage patties. No eggs. No bagels or pastries. Bad coffee. Ended up driving to Starbucks.

There were no pool towels out at the pool so I asked the front desk for towels and she was able to accommodate us. The larger room only had 2 bath towels, so once again we asked the front desk and she helped us. Only 1 elevator was in operation during our stay, it would have been nice to have faster service up and down with both running. We wished breakfast was served a little longer, like to 10am.

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, loved the large showers.

it wasn’t the cleanest. too many dogs, I say, if there are going to be that many dogs coming in and out, they need better air purifiers or some odor masking spray or something.

From the beginning to the end... every staff member was professional and extremely nice!!! The housekeepers were amazing and attentive! The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations! The pool area was clean and very relaxing.

got to room for my girls, had to waste half a hour trying to get there tv to work, never did, had to have my girls whom we had requested size by side rooms moved from room 338 to 306. we were in 344. you do the math.staff tried to help. we called earlier in the week to specifically ask if the pool was operating properly and was told yes. we went to try and swim and the water was so murky we cold not even see the bottom from the three foot side. this stay was a total failure. we won’t be back.

Beautiful building, excellent location on a peaceful neighborhood. The building is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Secure parking (which they don’t charge you extra like others do) and very clean. The room (Studio / King) was pretty spacious, had electric curtains and view to very nice pond. Will definitely be my “go to” option when in katy.

The place was clean but there was a lacrosse team and dance team on property and they were up loud and running through halls well past 1am. I was supposed to be up at 7am I was tired and the bed was totally uncomfortable, it was not a good thing

The breakfast has about 30 kids hands in it before I could get anything and the were rude
