Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe rest of the hotel looks like it's been under construction for years. There are building materials laying around everywhere, but no sign of actual work being done. The hallways are DINGY and the whole thing (except the room, thankfully!) smells weird. Cleaning was not great - the bathroom was not clean at all when we arrived, so we requested daily housekeeping (they came once during on 3-day stay). The bathroom is also TINY, so just be prepared for that. Thankfully the sink was separate, so we could both get ready at the same time, in shifts.
Convenient location to what we were doing in town. The room itself was fine - standard issue cheap hotel room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being able to leave our car there while we flew out of DFW was extremely convenient and economical.

United StatesProbably would have booked elsewhere if we knew the hotel was under slight remodeling. Remodeling crew starting as early as 8 am on a Saturday morning when you are away for a weekend stay of relaxation isn't really ideal. Room didn't smell the best. Breakfast was just ok, everything seemed watered down. Fitness center is pretty outdated and a few machines not working. Pool and hot tub were great, but on day 3, the hot tub smelled really bad like it needed treatment.
Pool and hot tub are always a must when we stay in hotels, so I was happy to have the amenity. Location was great as we were visiting our daughter who attends college. Glad there was a fitness center.

United StatesThey were repairing places in the hotel, and it was a bit shabby, although clean, and smelled good.
Breakfast was good for the kind of hotel. Large variety, and plenty of it. There was an armchair and ottoman that I used for a bed-- I usually sleep in a recliner, as I am handicapped. I have been in.much more expensive hotels without both. It worked well.

United StatesWe were coming from Kansas City for the Funeral of my wife's aunt Ruth Coulter. With the importance of the event I was positive we would be there so I saved a few dollars and and booked a Non-Refundable reservation. My wife was recovering from Pneumonia and she was sure we would be able to attend the funeral. Famous last words. Wife's Pneumonia flared up and we were not able to attend. I contacted the hotel directly to let them know we would not be using the room for the two nights we reserved, as a courtesy to the front desk. Was not asking for a refund or credit!
The Breakfast is great when you stay at the property. I always like the waffles with butter and syrup, as well as the complimentary coffee and juice. The Bagels are always toasted just the way I like and when I add cream cheese I'm happy as I can be.

United StatesAlmost everywhere…rooms, hallway…are low lights as if the plan was to be an elegant and swanky vibe but I just wanted to see! The place was retrofitted with LED reading lights over the bed so that was great!
Full Breakfast and convenient to drive 1.2 miles to Pigeon Creek Greenway. Plenty of plugs for charging phones, etc
