We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI was there for a big meeting and spoke with many people that were staying at other hotels in the area and discovered that the Doubletree is much more expensive than other similar hotels. To buy close to $300 a night this year is over the top.
I travel to Jackson once a year for work. Victoria in the bar and restaurant greets everyone like we are in her home and always remembers me. I hope you take good care of her because she goes above and beyond. Constantly checking on everyone and in good spirits. The gentlemen that checked me in was excellent too. The cleaning lady (i cant remember her name) was a doll too and very positive.

United StatesKing suite was an like a studio apartment with sofa, a bar and barstools, mini fridge, sink, microwave, rain shower head, big screen tv, and desk. Paid for hot breakfast buffet at time of reservation over the free continental breakfast. Everything was good. Eggs 2 ways, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh grapes and sliced strawberries and great coffee! The restaurant had booths and served dinner as well. Location was a qtr mile or so off I-40 but tucked away and quiet.

United StatesProperty is a bit outdated. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly when I called before my arrival date or on the arrival date. The suite was not cleaned properly. There were stains and what appeared to be soap scum in the kitchen sink. I had to clean it. There was what appeared to be chocolate candy stains on the couch because I was able to scratch it off; before I got a towel to clean it off. There was also hair on the bathroom floor. My dad stated his breakfast was so-so because it was cold and his coffee was cold as well. My parents had a hard time figuring out how to turn the shower on because apparently they had to pull the knob really hard.
I liked the fact that suites were available and a restaurant was available on site. My parents stated they enjoyed dinner in the restaurant; however they would’ve like to have seen more options on the menu.
