Units are pretty much one or two bedroom condos. Very nice, clean, lots of room, full kitchen, washer, dryer. Complex is laid out well, very clean, two pools (ones adults only). A short distance from the strip, but far enough away to be quiet

There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to CLEANLINESS. Windows, kitchen cabinets, floors need good cleaning.Top of the fridge was so dusty that it has not been cleaned for months. Bathroom sink drain did not function properly. During our 7 night stay room has been "serviced" once. I do not know what this service entails but floors were not touched, linen not changed and buthtub was nott cleaned.

Very nicely appointed rooms, but the property is showing its age (especially inside) Very good value for the money. Rooms are very well equipped so it feels like home away from home.

Better suits to travelers with a car. A bit far away from the airport and the main area of the city, thought you can take uber or a taxi. A ride to the city or the airport would cost you 20$.

I was hoping for a deeper tub so I could soak more comfortably. The fridge seal for the door was broken. The oven was also a bit wobbly.

There was some sort of a detour h the st made it difficult to locate. Not the property’s fault but frustrating that I didn’t know this ahead of time.

Very clean - I mean, spotless. And I even checked the glassware for finger prints.

We all 3 loved the privacy of our separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed having a kitchen dining area. Especially for breakfast. The security gates made us feel safe. Extra bonus was the express check out since we had to leave so early to catch our plane.

It was a great apartment! It was clean and everything brand new. We had a great time. The bed was comfortable and the bath huge! It was equipped with everything you need. We could text anytime if needed something.

This really has nothing to do with the property, but there is quite a bit of construction around the city right now. As of March of 24', construction is immense on the streets and various areas around the strip.

A fairly quiet location once you turn into the property. Very nice if you want a little quiet from the chaos that is Las Vegas. The facilities are excellent! Free parking is included and such a welcome treat when staying in Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised with everything once we were checked in. During check in, Chasity at the front desk was so friendly and amazing! She definitely set the tone for the experience here. The room was great. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, dish soap... I was pleasantly surprised. We were in a two-bedroom unit, and it was very spacious. TVs in every room. Full washer and dryer if you needed it. There was even a patio with a table and seating for four. Wow! There definitely were many amenities that were available on the property that we did not use due to our packed schedule while we were in Sin City, but it was nice to know they were there. I will definitely try to stay here for any future trips to Las Vegas. I absolutely loved it!
