Choices for breakfast are very limited and required to buy basic staffs like yoghurt, which was a total opposite to the experiences we have got from Hyatt White House, Washington DC, where choices are plenty and coffee was excellent. Staffs at the Breakfast kitchen shall be re-trained on how to welcome guests.

Excellent location just the opposite to the subway. Very comfortable bed and the views from the room are exceptional. The room is broad, clean and well organised. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming.

A well located hotel in East Midtown. Close to subway, coffee and pastries in the morning and various take-away foods in the evening. One of few hotels housing 5 people in one room. Beautiful view of Manhattan from the window.

Room big enough for 4 persons (sofa bed could be more comfortable). Good breakfast - Starbucks on the 12th floor Amazing location; 3 minutes from metro station, 20 minutes walking distance from Times Square, 15 minutes walking from Rockefeller Center ….

Waiting time for the elevator in the morning (top-down)… one day, we had to wait 15 mn to get down… apparently under renovation.

Top location, close to MoMA, Central Park, Time square, etc (10 mn walking distance). Staff super nice. Big room (we were 5 people). Very nice hotel. We were very happy and would come back.

Great location, across the street from subway stop. Staff was attentive. Our room was large (2 queens and sofa bed) however the beds were uncomfortable and bathroom could be updated. Overall great stay.

The location is excellent, coming in from CT via Grand Central Terminal, which is a nice walk away. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Had to ask for an extra blanket (promptly delivered) on the second bed (sofa bed) as it was quite chilly being next to the large window in early January

Considering very good price, location is great (4 subway lines just round the block), room was large to Manhattan standards, perfect and large king bed, a little less comfy the sofa-bed for the children. Good Gym and relax lounge on 12th floor with very useful computer and printer available. Microwave was made available in the room on request. Above all extremely good to Manhattan standards, but very good even for worldwide standards, was the crew. Everyone was always greeting us warmly during all our stay. In particular I'd like to mention a lady called Mimi that was on reception on our arrival: I was impressed being warmly greeted and witnessed while waiting a show of efficiency and kindness. While managing checkout of a large group, other people waiting to check-in, the administration that sent her $400 cash in $1 bills, she made everyone feel cared for and even managed to step out to help a lady going through the doors with a pram and suitcase, never loosing a cheerful smile.
