Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

the parking was not enough spaces for that size hotel. the room needed more light. there were loose tiles right by the elevator that i tripped on.
the breakfast was good but it was powered eggs and waffles every time for 54 days... the exact same food every day and they quite proudly announced they don't serve bacon.

I've stayed at this location before. The stay was everything I expected and more. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were great to talk to and helpful.

The only entrance is dangerous and narrow for such a busy street, walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors clear conversation.

The breakfast selection wasn't very nutritional, but your standard continental breakfast. I would've loved more fresh fruits.
The hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The breakfast was a bit disappointing no fresh fruit, but it was the standard continental breakfast. The location was convenient and close to shopping, and food.

The hotel needs to have a sign to indicate the main entrance doorway and maybe have a fast EV charger. Pleasant staff but some didn't speak English and needed assistance with translating request.
The hot breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and hands on when needed.

The parking lot was kinda tight and I had a tv with a dolly so it was very hard to turn it around with my uhaul since the parking lot did go around the building.
The room was very clean and bed comfortable.

The back entrance card reader didn’t work so anyone could walk into the hotel, since the door was just open. There was a slide lock attached to the door, but you can’t really lock that when you’re a hotel for visitors.
I could see my car from my room window. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

There doesn't seem to be enough breakfast for the guests. Had to wait around for a bit in order to get enough breakfast to start the day. Not a whole lot of desk space if you needed to work on your laptop.
Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Everything I needed was in the room. Staff was friendly and polite throughout my stay. The hotel was located not far away from shopping malls and major attractions available.

Better lighting in the bathroom, and no sound barriers, I could hear the people next door word for word, and children running back and forth at night, too much noice.

The entry could be more defined. I wasn't sure where the hotel was located until I was almost on it.
The breakfast was good and breakfast seating area was spacious and allowed for conversation. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

In the most respectful way, the staff was really sweet; however, one of the supervisors (?) was lording over and micromanaging the breakfast distribution and it made me and my husband a bit uneasy. I also witnessed a breakfast staffer be berated by the supervisor (?) for putting too much food out. . Although he may have believed he was being hospitable towards guests, I'm certain most people would want to enjoy their breakfast without being interrupted and offered items repeatedly especially when they've denied wanting it the first few times. Still a great stay and I hope to visit again in the future!
The hotel was clean, intimate, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and everything seemed hot and fresh. This location had all the amenities needed for a quick weekend getaway. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again in the future.

The parking lot seemed a little small, but adequate for the size of the building. Some visitors had trailers which took up extra space, so that may have just been a fluke. It was tough to find local news channels due to the Roku / Direct TV set up, but my son loved the variety of other programming (so good and slightly bad).
The hotel was clean and inexpensive compared to others of the same class in the area. It had a decent breakfast each morning, which is typical of these box type hotels. The staff was friendly.

The elevator was a little shakey.
Breakfast was really good, and well managed. Room was nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
