To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThey asked for a high deposit even tho I received it back at check out but considering it was a 2 star hotel and the room wasn’t ready at check in time because she said it was being cleaned all tho when we got in the room there were dead roaches in the night stand . And around the bottom of the toilet wasn’t cleaned everything else seemed to be clean but disappointing. It was a bit noisy from other occupants in the building being very disruptive. They also has a high presence of police throughout the property and surrounding area .
The location was good easy access to the stores and near by restaurants.The bed was very comfortable ,the lady at the front desk was very sweet and polite.

I booked a queen room so that I can use my own sheets and blanket which I prefer and she upgraded me to a king in a non-smoking room that was completely utterly unreasonably smoke infested room.
