The flooring in the doorway transition was cracked in 106. You could tell they went over tile and did not float the floor. Lighting in the hallway had cobwebs and there was a shirt behind the nightstand. Otherwise it was great. It didnt affect my stay.

Only thing was you had to wash your own towels as they didn't replace them during the week. We were OK with that but they only had 1 washing machine for the facility and sometimes you would have to go over 3 or 4 times before it was available.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check - in was fast and the staff was very pleasant.There were no additional fees for use of any of the facilités. We had 2nd floor room and it was à great view of the Gulf and sundown. The pool area with hot tub and sauna was great and very secure as it was gated and you had to use key to get in.

The room size was a bit small for two people but not a big deal. Also the check out is 10am and would have preferred 11. Other than that it was literally perfect.

The location was nice, and everything was perfect. The room was ready and set up and very clean when we got there, the receptionist made special arrangements for us to check in late, we had our own parking spot, and were walking distance from the beach literally right across the street. Great spot and very affordable. Will be coming back!

Nothing really, just that the room could use some updating. But, we certainly didn't spend much time in the room - the beach is right across a quiet street. Perfect.

The location and staff were excellent. Our efficiency appartment was very comfortable and clean, it just could use a bit of updating. The pool and hot tub were excellent as well. Loved it and we would definetly return. Thank you!

The unit was dated, but they are upgrading them.

We walked out our front door, crossed the street and were on the beach. It wasn't a busy time of the year (Jan.), so we had most of the beach to ourselves. If you like searching for seashells, there were many. An easy 10 blocks away (.5 miles) there was a small section where there were shops, restaurants, cafe's and ice cream. Very quiet, if that's what you are looking for.

Great location opposite the beach. Great swimming pool. Mostly old folk staying here, some were regulars meeting with friends. As I'm old suited me, you need a car but thats true for most of America. The receptionists are very chatty and brighten up every time you ask a question, Camelot by the Sea, great name, I booked for 3 nights and extended by another 3, lucky because Camelot was usually full. Good parking facilities.

The property was old and had stained carpets and furniture. The property manager did say that the unit we stayed in was scheduled to be renovated.

1) First night of stay was disrupted by extremely loud, crude language and physically unruly, unsupervised teens in the apartment unit next door from 11 PM until after 3 AM. I was respectful in asking them in person to please be quiet at 12:45 and it continued. I knocked on their door again an hour later and they refused to answer and continued the behavior. I was unaware of anyone on site to contact at that hour to address the issue. 2) While using the pool area on the second full day of stay, roof construction was going on that disrupted the pool area all afternoon. 3) Individuals who apparently owned units at the property were a bit arrogant at the pool towards short term guests, making us feel unwelcome. 4) Unit I stayed in was run down (furnishings, fixtures, condition of walls, etc.) with no sound insulation; the bath lights did not work properly (continually strobed when turned on). Management response to my concerns on the teens: "yea, they tossed furniture in the pool too." And after my reporting it the following morning, they noted "....they knew the parents of the teens and the parents called/made aware." There was really no genuine concern shown by management to mitigate my displeasure as a customer in any way. At a minimum I feel like after spending over $500 for three nights I should have been offered an invite to come back with a future discount as an incentive (especially since I live in the area and like to do long weekends at the beach frequently). The only response was noted above and as it related to the unit condition/lights, the response was that "its going to be renovated soon." Do not waste your time or $ on this place.

Access to the beach and the general atmosphere/vibe of Pass A Grille (historic beach town in Pinellas County, FL). On site parking was available at the property.

I loved how close we were to the beach. made walking our 2 year old and all his beach toys very easy. we loved the gated access salt water pool. we also enjoyed the private beach that had very few people out at the times we went.
