I didn't like that check out was at 10 am. I was so tired and didn't want to wake up. Thats all.

I loved how the room was decorated. I also liked how the kitchen was set up. The pipes that they used for the shelves and accessories were amazing.

Boutique Beach Retreat is an older motel that has been completely and tastefully renovated inside. (Don’t let the exterior deter you.) It has a nice, comfortable, and modern feel. Room #7 was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The plants surrounding the pool area give it such a nice, tropical feel. It’s located close to John’s Pass and only a short walk from the beach. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay!

There is only 1 parking spot for each room which is fine but if someone decides to have a guest visit then it leaves no parking for the tenants.

I was a little hesitant when I booked this simply because I tend to stay in named hotels and resorts that I know and trust. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how cute this little hotel was. The room was super clean and the pool area had a cute little set up. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was convenient since I didn't have to go to a front desk or anything. It was within walking distance from the beach and several restaurants. I would definitely stay again for a short weekend stay.

Outside could use some work to improve curb appeal. Cracks and hole in the plaster on the outside fence are in need of repair.

Very clean, great location with ease of access to restaurants, and ice cream shop(across the street). Rooms and beds were nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchenette was large and also very clean.

Room 9 for this stay was just a strange room . First off mattress needs replaced. Sore back every morning. Way too soft. Secondly the sink is too low for even an averaged sized person and I’m 6’2. Also light over mirror stuck out and are at my eyebrow level.

Have stayed here before and like a lot about the overall property. First stay was in Rm 4 - very nice

Making more parking available. Also keeping the noise down. And have breakfast in the morning. Not telling your guess to clean n take the garbage out. N to put towels and unclean lining in one spot for you. And the noise from the pool. The place is very small so the noise carries.

There was no breakfast. And the pool was right under the window of my room. They was in the pool always n night. We can hear the noise all night. And the parking was bad.

I guess it is all about expectations for the price. We paid $300 for 2 days weekend stay. It really felt like one of these run down cheap motels that you normally expect to pay $30-40 a night. The room was really outdated, with a bad musty smell, lots of black mold in the bathroom in tile grout. Visible mold inside AC units. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, they do not even have a good bed frame but cheap thin metal frame. We could not sleep the first night because of the traffic noise (we were in unit #10 that faces busy street) and how uncomfortable the beds were. There was one and only one hook to hang a towel in a bathroom - really? You are close to the beach and you host families. Soap bar was the tiniest I've ever seen and shampoo was in 15ml container that was only good for one adult for 2 times. We literally could not wait to move out and go back home.

the only good thing was location, beach across the road and a walking distance to restaurants. The staff and communication was great and easy check-in and check-out process.

They have put plastic around the matrasses and boxsprings and the result of this - besides unconfortable - is that it make a lot of noise if you make the sligthest move in bed. Terrible. They have given the cleaning people instructions to put the TV 'on' when these folks have fininished cleaing a room after a guest leaves ( so that the TV would be 'on' when the new guest arrives). With not all rooms rented out, the result was that the whole night some TV's were playing loudly and causing annoying noise in the adjacent rooms ( walls are thin).

Location is ok. We had a fun barbecue.

Very very hard beds...if you have back issues like spinal stenosis ..this bed isn't for you... wasnt offerend discount and was told must just be me....also room 1 is facing the gas station and the room will never be completely dark!! Rooms are much smaller than pictures look

the hospital chairs that fold out for another bed were awful and uncomfortable. woke up in pain.. a roll away mattress hidden in the closet may have been a bit more comfortable?

Unable to access TV stations other than CBS Sports & Chaned 9 news WE had cable box on 7 TV - requested assistance via text after hours & no response. Need more information in the room on using TV & what is available to use without charge.

Not recommend for european travellers!!! No information, that all communication is via email, nobody was there. It was not described at booking.com. We only came in with the help of other guests. No wifi-code in the room, again we got help from other guests. Only towels and coffee for one person, the room was booked for two people. The bed was really uncomfortable, the worst we had during our stay in florida. Never again.

Very nice decoration, a very nice space but they don't clean ANYTHING WELL! The bathroom was very filthy, with a bad smell, the furniture was very dusty and the air conditioning leaked too much.
