Quaint room. Very clean and updated. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. Very easy no contact check in and out, pool is small but very nice.

We stay here often. Love the location. The property is clean and the staff is nice. I don't like the 4:00 check in. Otherwise it is a nice affordable place.

This really didn’t bother me, but I know being right next to the road and having to cross the road to get to the beach might not be ideal for some, I was fine with it but I don’t have little kids.

It was very clean. Close to a lot of nice waterfront restaurants and breweries. The beach is super close . It was perfect for me.

The only bad was the neighbors above sounded like a herd of wild elephants, made it tough to fall asleep

We loved the hotel and staff was super nice. The worst thing was almost all the staff smoked. That was a major turn off. The hotel common area being so small, that's all you could smell. That would make us not go there again. My mother who doesn't really complain was not thrilled. They should smoke off sight.

Location was good, right across the street from beach access. Close to Johns Pass, so you could walk to most places. And we like to walk when we go to the beach.

We had an issue finding how to check in . We got there before office hrs were over & no one was there. But my husband figured it out and all was will . At check out we seen our first person it was a nice lady ,she was very pleasant and nice . But it was just aggervating at first all wentvwell and we figured it out TV in our room didn't work 😑. But luckily my husband know how to reset a smart TV and get it all working . It was very dusty on top of TV area and on the fan as well . Again no big issues and yes we love to return and will all was fixable and taken care of

It a great location to everything , guest pleasant, & very nice . Pool was heated loved it at night & walking distance to the beach . We will be back

The coffee pot didn't work without making a mess and having coffee grounds in the coffee.

We liked having the tables and chairs outside our rooms, we liked not having to check in and out, we liked the convenient location, the price was good and it was an adorable room.

Would be great if there was more fans. The two window units didn’t really do much and the room got hot at times. Other then that no complaints!

Loved the spacious room. The contactless check in with the key pad doors! The pool was great. They also have an area with things you can take to the beach and they have beach towels for you up in the room!

The beds. Had to sleep in the middle. Rounded all around edges. No real problem. Just saying.

my stay wasn't long enough to have anything bad to say.

The room was very cozy. The coffee bar was a nice touch. The bathroom was very nice with great water pressure. It was a very easy in and out hotel. Management stayed in touch and asked emails back in a reasonable amount of time. It was also fairly close to John's pass which provided plenty of options for food and drinks. Beach access was just across the street.

Really good location; it's across the street & down a path to the beach. The room was sufficient; a nice studio with a kitchen & full bathroom. Beach towels were provided & there were used beach chairs that you can use (first come, first serve). A swimming pool & parking is included. Overall, it was a good value for the money. A great option for a no frills, budget friendly stay.
