You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The house is open and spacious. Also had everything we needed for our stay.

United States of AmericaSome items need fixing: the queen bed headboard is broken, most of the spokes are loose, and the whole thing is about to fall apart. The broom is in very bad shape, as is the wire brush for the BBQ. The miniature golf had only one putter which was left-handed. You might consider just getting rid of the mini-golf. We were sent an incorrect access code but we figured out it was supposed to be the last four digits of the phone number for help as we were calling the help number. You might want to double check the number before hitting send.
We were celebrating a family birthday so the size of the living room was very good. The whole house is very nice and generally well maintained. We liked the dishes and the other available cooking equipment. The keurig was used by all of us. We cooked several large meals and used most of what was provided.

Everything. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We loved the pool, backyard, and hot tub. The house had lots of little amenities and conveniences. Cleanly decorated. we visited the gourd farm and Casa Grande Natural Monument

United States of AmericaWe didn't have any problem with the stay at the property. However, after I got home I got a message that I was going to be charged $2000 for damage to a garage door! Luckily, my family lives there and took pictures to prove that our vehicles could not have done that damage. I now think I should take before and after pictures when staying a vacation rental, so this doesn't happen to me again. Booking. com was very helpful in resolving the situation with the host.
