We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was an odd unpleasant smell in the hallway? Not sure what it was? However our room was fine.
The property was clean and up-to-date. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. I would add, for being on a main road the room was quiet, we were on the back side of the Inn and we got a good nights rest both nights we were there.

United States of AmericaStaff was really friendly. Talked with multiple staff members and they all were so nice. Saw staff multiple times cleaning common areas. The place was so clean!!! The hotel and room it’s self were among the cleanest I’ve stayed in. Beds were comfy and price matches what you get. Breakfast was great. They even have an espresso machine.

My stay was good, room was very clean. The whole surroundings was clean. Staff was very friendly and very welcoming.

United States of AmericaWhen I was trying to check in, it was around 8pm and the person at the desk was on their cell phone and didn’t look up. I waited for about 4 minutes and then interrupted at which time the attendant asked the person on the phone to hold on. Then I was checked in. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels all over the country and have never had the desk attendant not even look up. The lobby was empty.
Slept comfortably and peacefully. In the morning when I was checking out, around 8:30am, the desk attendant was on a land line and out the phone down immediately when she saw me and asked me which room I was in as I put my key in the box. The person was welcoming and I was greeted with a kind smile.

I did not eat breakfast during my stay. I did sample a little of the yogurt. I did not care for it. I also had a cup of coffee. The coffee was not great. But there was fresh fruit and several options that looked very good.
