Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived, one of our beds was broken. We were very polite about the situation and they did make an effort to fix it immediately but could only do so by putting a wooden board over the broken bed frame, under the mattress. I feel I should have been given some kind of discount or refund for staying with a broken bed the entire time. The floors are also hardwood and the people above us were horrendous, which is not at fault of the hotel.
We enjoyed the breakfast as well as the kindness of the staff.

United States of AmericaThe Hotel has a pet-friendly policy which bring with it the downfalls of pets. The Room amenities may need to be updated.
The Hotel has a heated pool, hot tub, breakfast and is close to the casino with shuttle service. The Room(Junior Suite) is large enough to host for traveling adult groups.

United States of AmericaThe Hotel is Pet-Friendly. Now for some, this will be the reason for their booking and it is a great service for traveling pet owners. However, those without pets will have to acclimate to the faint pet odor that remains in the rooms and hallways. The good news is that the windows do open fully and by day 2 of my 3-day stay, I was accustomed to the smell.
The Staff exceed expectations with fresh baked cookies at check-in and a ready-go service during the breakfast rush. Every member of the staff worked diligently including R2D2 on his hallway passes keeping the floors clean. The Hotel offered a pool, hot tub, morning breakfast, and a shuttle service until 2am to Chinook Winds for casino events. The Junior Suite room offered 3 beds (1-King, 2-Queens) for traveling adults.

United States of AmericaWe've stayed at this hotel a number of times without any concerns, but on this trip, the two beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. You sank significantly in the beds and our backs hurt the next day. Update older mattresses would be great!

United States of AmericaWe asked for and appeared to be staying in a non smoking room but the smell indicated otherwise. Very strong, stale cigarette smell. So bad that one of my child struggled with asthma while in the room. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Our pool and room towels had lots of hair tangled in them, and looked and smelled dirty. I struggled to use them. If we had stayed more than one night I would have left to buy my own towels.
The pool and hot tub were the highlight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

United States of America1 big negative, cleanliness. At 1st the room looked clean but one of the beds had dog hairs all over & under the comforter. They immediately moved us to another room, but the 2nd room had a musky smell in the corner, almost like dog urine. The hotel is pet friendly which is great, but if that's the case they need take extra care to clean the rooms that had pets in it. Normally unclean rooms get zero points from me, but the hotel had so many other positives that it pulled up the score.
Many positives; excellent location, we were mainly there for the casino & the free shuttle was super convenient. Good breakfast & facilites: pool & hottub open even during snow days. Super friendly staff.

United States of AmericaSecond time we have been here and the pool and hot tub was closed again.:( A couple issues with the room. The room was a nice sweet with a jaquzzi tub. Hard to get in and out. Needs a hand rail. Also needs a matt on the floor. Maybe a 4x6 rubber with carpet on top. The couch was old and you sand way in when you tried to sit.
Location was great. Served breakfast was good and done efficiently. Liked the patio with the fireplace but it should be covered with a gazebo so it can be used durring the winter.

United States of AmericaStayed here for the kids to have a pool to swim, as this was a 1 night getaway. Was told after we checked in that the pool was closed. Would have found somewhere with a pool if we had known that before check-in.
Nice hotel beds were comfy. Got cookies for the kids at check-in, which they really enjoyed. Breakfast was really good, and they have a pretty decent variety.
