The extremely strong air freshener scent. It consumed the entire third floor even in our room. It smelt like Christmas stores. Very strong and gave me a headache and caused my husband to wheeze and need his inhaler. The bathroom was not very clean.

I paid for the room in advance. Wasn't told there would be an additional $50 ($100 if paid in cash) hold fee to be paid at check in. Had to ask for towels to be changed out because housekeeping didn't come till day 4. Only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor. No drinks in any of the vending machines so you had to pay $3 for a soda at front desk if you couldn't go to a store.

First room had a smell and staff was quick to replace room. Only thing that I did not like was the door by the pool was hard to open. Walls are thin…I was close to main lobby on first floor and heard every sound from the hall

Asked for west side, not available. Laundry room, out of service. Told to bring to desk, but they didn't wash. Had to go back. They did allow me to use their equipment. Remote for TV was not very good. Otherwise was pretty good.

When I was loading up my car to leave, a strange man with a baseball cap was waiting in his small red car by the entrance. I believe he was watching me and I stared him down when I drove out. A hotel employee came out to empty a trash bin and also looked over at the man in the car. I recognized the man in the car from the breakfast area the day before, when he got up from the table where he was sitting and spoke loudly that I could sit at his table. I chose to sit at a different table where I could see the TV. It appeared he was by himself and staff should have come out and asked him to leave.

The facilities are very outdated and worn down, which takes away also from the cleaniness. Pain peeling off, saw a couple blood stains on the walls, the carpets are stained and torn, and floor boards under the carpet are broken in spots, so watch your step. The key cards stop working so easily. Had to get a new one almost everyday. Security Alert: no I.D. check or even info on the name of the room, so anyone could have asked for a key card to my room if they wanted. Pillows were stiff.

Overall, a good value for its money. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff was super friendly from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Beds were comfy, though not so much the pillows. I stayed a week for buisiness and would stay again.

The state of the property is a bit worn. The primary elevator was not operating for the 4 days we were there. Little or no fresh fruit at breakfast.

The included breakfast was better than we expected. The scrambled eggs and the coffee were quite good. They had Hostess Twinkies which I have not had since I was a kid...and probably should stay away from. Front desk staff was good. Had coffee for us for an early departure before the breakfast service.

The breakfast was great. Unfortunately, they did not have enough tables or chairs for all the guests. Also, the one elevator was not working.

I really liked the complimentary breakfast. They had eggs,sausage & potatoes. They also had pancakes, cereal & bagels.

Older property.needs maintenance. Fire alarm went off has to wait for FD to turn off.

”workout room” completely out of service, bugs found in ice from ice machine, couple fighting across hall late at night, paraphernalia/needles found in parking lot.
