Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Do not stay on the ground floor near the exit doors. We heard doors opening and closing all night long. We had to sleep with ear plugs.
Everything was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk brought extra towels to our room; which very much appreciated. Great hotel at a great price.

Just the stains on the walls in the room as I mentioned prior.
Modern Design,Good Location, and we were able to link up with all of our streaming services on the TV so that was a plus. Overall the room was cozy, the bed was soft, good sized shower. The only thing wrong with the room is that it appeared as if someone threw a soda pop can up against the wall or slung it around the room. Because there were stains on a couple of walls. Im sure it just needs to be wiped down. It wasn’t enough to disturb our stay. Overall very satisfied. Thank You.

No one was at the front desk for 15 minutes when I arrived. I was very tired from an 8 hour drive and needed a restroom badly, so not a good start.
The staff was very friendly.

The handicapped parking is not convenient. The bathroom could use a night light.

Coffee from lobby. Went to room and sat the cup down only to have it leak all over my items I had out. So i was going to make a cup in room but pot had missing part Told the front desk about leaky cup & so I wasn't charged for the missing piece. She tells me the regular cups are on back order and this has been a real issue. HELLO. GO BUY SOME OTHER CUPS UNTIL YOU GET YOUR BACK ORDER. Insane to know of this problem and not.fox it immediately.

Door to shower so clean I didn’t see it until I ran into it. I suggest a decal or some decoration about eye level be put on them. Another family member did the same thing in their room. All the glass windows and doors in the lobby have a decoration across them to make sure they are noticed.

My refrigerator was not working. My access key did not work on the door by the pool so had to walk around the building to get in as the door bell did not work either.
Very nice looking property. Enjoyed the workout facilities with nice equipment. People were pleasant and helpful.

I didn’t like how the room didn’t have a microwave in it, and I was sad that you had to pay for the breakfast, I didn’t know that till I got there

They didn’t have towels available, which I know isn’t their fault but I would just assume they would have a ton on hand. This won’t keep me from staying again. I will definitely book again.

The tv didn't work very well if there was a free/continental breakfast I missed it - the room a/c unit felt more like a swamp cooler than and a/c - would have like to have wifi in my room so I didn't even try.
I like the clean and bright modern look - the bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds and that is key! The room layout was really nice - I had a problem with the phones in my first room and staff moved me without hesitation and fixed the problem. Staff was really great and even greeted me during my stay...they were really nice.

there was a hair in the shower. freaked me out a little. the body gel was not working well or was empty and hand sanitizer was empty in the elevator. but the place smelled good and looked clean other then that

The location of this hotel was in a excellent location to the venue where going and easy access to food venues and acessto to interstate. Would recommend to others.

The bed was not very comfortable. We usually have a MW in our room. AFter being told that breakfast was served at 7-10 there was NO breakfast available.
Nice clean room. Loft decor was cute. Room in lobby to entertain friends. We enjoyed watching the games in the bar.
