The mattress was a bit soft, as per my personal preference. Some scandal in the hall in the middle of the night woke me up.

The staff was friendly, and the room was good. Also, they serve a good breakfast.

Didn't like being on the 6th floor while the hotel was mostly empty. This was during the power outages, so the elevator wasn't safe, and they could have put us on the 2nd floor.

We lived at the 6th floor of new building and needed to take 2 elevators and go upstairs to each our room, with a luggage that wasn't too convenient (and nobody offered to bring it for us:( Breakfast options are very limited (you can't get a cappuccino from the coffee machine, only americano and add milk yourself), though enough. Since hotel is located near the lake, there are mosquitos in summer time, but the hotel offers a remedy in the room (though we would prefer nets on the windows rather than using chemicals).

Location of the hotel is just perfect, i don't think it's possible to find a better-located hotel in the city - lake with cycling and running tracks is just in a few steps from the hotel entrance. All buildings nearby are freshly developed and you may find lots of nice cafes and shops around the hotel. We also noticed that the hotel is very pet-friendly with lots of dogs walking, we loved that:)

We stayed with a 2 years old kid and we had to accept that he made some mess in the room, however we did not expect to listen from room keeper so much of critic including frightening us that we would need to pay a fine for spilt juice on the bed sheet. For instance, one time a room keeper ring to us wanted to clean the room but in a moment she screamed that she needed to go to ask for a help from her colleagues and never returned that day. It worth mentioning that we did not have any issues at the check out and were not fined eventually. One time we ordered meal in the room and there were about 7 plates, we were surprised to hear that we could not keep 2 plate trays with us till we finish our dinner but were commanded to return it immediately. It was very inconvenient to fit all those dishes and we had to place them on the bed, on the floor and all over the room risking to flip it over. I even asked a waiter “if those trays were made with gold ?” He just kept on telling that he is responsible personally for it and he needed it back immediately )))

The property is clean and modern, despite there are 2 restaurants at the ground floor with an open terrace, it is quiet in the room even at late evening if windows are closed. Meal is delicious, especially it was good to spend evenings at the Grill Bar having a good craft beer and a grilled meal. Hotel is located next to the city park and lake where you can do sport and fishing ! About 30 min walking from the downtown

During our stay it appeared that the construction process is maintained in nearby landspots. Also the square near the pond became a place for some drunk company to sing during the night. Newertheless it's definitely not the fault of the hotel.

We were pleased with overall service and hospitality the hotel staff and the restaurant provided. Our room was upgraded and it was clean, comfortable and right after recent renovation.

The WiFi is always disconnecting and the speed of the Internet isn’t that great from time to time.

This hotel is situated near lake which is pretty cool, the staff is nice and polite, rooms are clear. Also, my dog enjoyed staying here, so I would recommend this property for travelers with pets :)

My biggest disappointment was internet access. While download speed of free WiFi was ok (you can comfortably browse sites and see videos on YouTube), but upload speed was very slow, far less than any mobile can provide via LTE. As I needed upload as part of my business activity, it was really an issue. Second, the liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was not working, however after escalating to the administrator, room service tried to solve the problem, but it was not perfect at the end.

Probably the best location among hotels in Ivano-Frankivsk, next to the lakes and the park, and not too far to the city center, I like it very much. My room was quite large, clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful, making its best to solve problems. Breakfast is also very good. Free private parking next to the hotel. I appreciated mini bar fridge and complimentary still water, pleasantly served daily during this hot summer time.

The receptionist (Oksana) was rude, unreasonable both towards me and my partner, not being able to be civil, I'm not even talking about fulfilling any requests, it was a general lack of very basic politeness towards the client. The hotel manager did agree with us and promised to react somehow. Apart from that there was a wedding or some sort of a party going on, and we were disturbed until 4 AM due to the lack of sound isolation in the rooms

It’s a complex with restaurant and hotel. And restaurant was crowded and noisy. There is no parking for hotel guests, only outside. The room need to be refreshed, and it wasn’t clean. Breakfast was too simple.

Cold rooms, very noisy air conditioner with no option to fix it. Also, it's loud due to a party in the restaurant. There was a sign in the lobby, thanks for that, so make sure you take the room as far as possible from the restaurant.

The location is OK, especially if you travel with a dog – there is a large park and lake just outside the hotel. It's not in the city center though, but considering the town's size, it will only take you up to 20 minutes to reach the market square, and even less if the traffic is light.

We had two different rooms on two different days. The decor of the first one looked like it was made years and years ago, and the room was really cold. We booked the room for two people, however we only found one bath towel and the duvet was really small , more for one person than for two adults. There was a wedding celebration at the hotel that night so the music went on late into the night and past midnight. We could hear it loud and clear in our room. Second room was much better when it comes to decor however still cold.

The location is exceptional, beautiful lake nearby and the hotel itself looks really good
