The room is really spacious. The bed was large and there was plenty of space to put luggages, and the staff were very friendly and the service was good. I will definitely come back here if I visit Bankok again. Good value for money.

Very spacious room! Loved the authentic interior, the bed especially (I kinda like the low bed), bathroom is very nice as well. The location is closer to the modern centre rather than old town, but that’s not a minus, as I’ve stayed in two locations during my visit and I preferred this one (the other one was Riverside). Two BTS stations nearby, skytrain as well. Most importantly, it’s very clean! I would much rather stay in this one again than in certain 5 star hotel which was the horror experience. True Siam was amazing. AC is quite strong tho, so keep in mind. The staff was friendly, idk what others are referring to (could be language barrier?). They kept my reservation after I was late for two nights, stuck in Dubai airport, so very grateful for that.

One elevator! Luckily stayed on the 4th floor but it would suck for higher. A little bit more expansion on breakfast but then again food stalls are down the street.

Staff and centrality of access. Value is on point for young and solo travelers. You are in the blue collar neighborhood. Some environment will reflect that. It's not touristy vibe be rather the services (restaurants, shops, etc.) Victory Station (BTS) and food mall is nearby. Next to the mall is hotpot/bbq on the street. Awesome for late night drinking and eating It is designed for the working class. They have laundry services on site. Patio space at the front. Overall, great stay.

Staff were unable to help us book a tour and were unable to direct us to any local tour booking office which seems odd for a tourist hotel.

Air conditioning was amazing. Room was spotless. Great location for getting on public transport to see the city but quiet enough to get a good sleep at night.

I highly recommended True Siam Phayathai, the staffs are very accommodating and helpful. I have plan to go back to Thailand and I would love to stay again in True Siam Phayathai Hotel.

My only complaint is that the room needs to have more cabinet spacing. There is a LOT OF SPACE in the room I had, but there was no closet to hang my clothes, or put away things. They should have closets for the amount of space I had in my room.

While the hotel is a somewhat confusing walk from the Phaya Thai station, it's easy to get to once you find it the first time. The walk is short from the station, very quiet ally/street off main road. My room was very quiet and I never felt like there would be much for noise around me. The hotel offers more than what you would expect for the price! I really enjoyed the terrace on the 5th floor, very good way to enjoy the night breeze in BKK! My room had everything I could want: big bed, plenty of space, good shower, clean. I did not eat breakfast there because I preferred to check out the many food stalls a short walk from the hotel. The location is not as well known or touristy as other parts, but it has all the thing most people would need/want very close to the hotel. I would return toTrue Siam Hotel in my next visit to BKK! For the price, I was very satisfied.

Just a couple of small things - more towel hinges would be nice. As well, once you stepped foot outside, the alley would sometimes smell of sewage - which is certainly not the hotel's fault

We stayed 5 nights and they did not change the sheets at all. One time the housekeeper had thr clean sheets in the room but she did not change them anyway.

The only shortfall is it's slightly distant from the nearest MRT station and 7-11 store, need to walk a little bit. There's only one lift so might need to wait for a short while.

Everything is perfect. Love the staffs' hospitality and the facilities of hotel. One more thing to highlight: their aircond is super strong! That's a must for weather in Thailand!

Nothing much to improve, Me personally liked to have safe not on the ground up higher getting od to bend down same as with bar fridge placed higher almost have to lay on the ground to get access.

Have stayed at Phaya Thai before but at other hotel at Rangnam the staff were just as friendly, it close to BTS nice comfortable rooms. I would have like a microwave in the room.
