Some sun shades around the pool area would be nice addition. Also some new loungers could help.

Buffet breakfast was really nice and it was good start of our days. Good selection and variety, fresh foods and and fruits are nice boost for a day. There was always enough of everything and stuff was very attentive. Location of the hotel was perfect for us, short walk to BTS station made our exploring of Bangkok much easier. Roof top pool is nice to unwind and relax.

Restrictions on pool use.....as we are out most of the day. Pool closed and locked up in the evening.

Breakfast has a big variety of options to choose from.The beds are comfortable with firm pillows.The room is large with a quiet airconditioning system. The BTS is not to far away and there are restaurants close by.

Bedroom furniture being left in the hallways, the pool area furniture well past good use and the pool area floor to hit to walk on needs some kind of matting

The poolside loungers were a bit tired. Bed was a bit hard to sleep on. The shower wasn’t overhead, so had to hold the shower to wash. Location of hotel was a little bit out of the main attractions in Bangkok but this was expected when booking, was only 5 ish pounds / 250 BHT into riverside area by taxi.

Hotel itself was really nice, pool was as expected, nice views overlooking the area with free towels to use afterwards. Service was also really good.

The most depressing view through the window. Family suite. Do not stay on the low floor. The pictures did not show it. I will. The smell from the pipes was bearable.

The size of the rooms, the pool, there are restaurants and 7/11 near by.

Just one thing... the pool towels run out too quickly and were not replaced regularly. Anything more specific to point out.

Having a fan on the ceiling would help the room feel cooler when trying to sleep at night because, we didn’t want the air conditioning on all the time

No tables or flat tops to keep things and luggage. Find the room fittings very strange.

In the past we used to have really good rooms separated from others but unfortunately this time we had a room that shared walls with other and you could hear literally everything.

When we travel to Bangkok we often choose De Prime as our destination as we have a great experience with this accommodation. The hotel is pretty well located and it is worth the price. If you travel from the Suvarnabhumi Airport, you can simply use the direct train, get off at Ratchaprarop station and walk the remaining distance (approximately 600 m). The stuff is amazing and helpful and they are always there for you if you need something. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options and there are several local places where you can eat if you do a few steps outside. The rooftop swimming pool is a hidden gem and so is the park across the street (good for runners or for a walk).

STRONG SEWAGE SMELL in the room and bathroom especially. We needed to get an air freshener.

One very small niggle, there was no bar open in the evening outside of the restaurant, however we did find that if you asked at reception they were very happy to arrange drinks order being sent to your room or for you to drink in the very pleasant & vast reception area.

What a lovely hotel, large room, with walk in shower, spotlessly clean, the most friendly & welcoming staff, who are happy to assist you in getting about locally. Designer outlet shopping on same road as hotel, 5 mins away & sky train link 6 mins. An array of local shops outside of hotel, everything catered for. In-house restaurant serving a wide selection for breakfast & delicious evening meals, we only ate from the Thai menu, but others seated near us had pizzas & and pasta, which looked yummy too. Small rooftop pool, towels provided. Very comfortable stay of 4 nights, thanks to Tean De Prime @ Rangnam

Our family room was pretty dirty upon check in. Green confetti leftover from New Year’s and the couch pretty stained. The master bathroom shower needs to be replaced and there seemed to be a sewer smell coming up from the drain (even on the 5th floor). The road was also quite noisy below us. Unfortunately we found the room didn’t match the value of the rest of the hotel.

The staff were polite and generally seemed to care we were there. The location was great. Near a mall and some great street food carts. Breakfast was excellent. Room was large with lots of amenities.

Housekeeping was uneven. Rooms weren’t cleaned until late in afternoon. After cleaning one day we had no toilet paper and another day no hand towels or washcloths, There also were not many choices of restaurants close. They advertised a bar but wine was only available by the bottle and then very limited selection.

Staff were nice. Room was a good size. Lobby was attractive.

Location is a bit out of the way - we found it difficult to get a taxi from the city back to our hotel as taxis were not willing to drive that far.

We got ripped off with laundry, they charged us £50 for a bag of clothes to be washed, bit of a joke to be honest.
