I think the hotel would benefit from an additional bar that's NOT in the pool! You can order drinks in the restaurant, but it's a bit soulless. Would have been great to have another bar option.

Great stay on Naiyang Beach. We wanted a quiet, comfortable hotel close to the airport for our last couple of nights in Thailand, and Bella Nara delivered. The room was great, with an outstanding A/C unit. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Swim up bar was a treat.

Only problem was with pool/beach towels - they run out quickly and you might wait for a while to get new ones.

A small detail -the room had a cupboard with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities but there was no socket so we had to move the kettle to the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very large and there was plenty of hot water. We had a room with pool access which was wonderful and very private. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Most guests were Russian or Chinese so the breakfast menu catered to their diet, but not really a big deal.

Close to airport and the beach is across the street. Nice pool and clean rooms. Good facility. Good place to start and end my trip to Thailand.

We were on the middle floor of a 3 story building and could hear every move our neighbours above made late at night (which sounded like jumping off the bed and running laps of the room). Reception were great in assisting with asking our neighbours to quieten and when this didn't resolve the issue, moved us to a quieter room.

This hotel is very close to the airport and Nai Yang Beach. The area is fantastic with numerous bars and restaurants along a very gorgeous beach. The hotel is nice and clean and the room and bathroom spacious. The bed was quite firm as is usual in Thailand.

The main pool could do with a few more sun lounges but that is a design issues. It wasn’t a big deal for us.

This is a new hotel and facilities were great. Good range of Western & Eastern breakfast and plenty of it. The hotel is literally a minute from the beach and all food stalls. We were surprised how quiet it was considering it was only 10min from the airport. We stayed for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon and really liked it. This is not a party town or hotel which was what we were after. The beaches are way quieter than Surin or Patong beaches and the water was crystal clear.

Spots to sit near the pool are limited

The town around the hotel is an amazing little surprise of a beach town. Hotel itself is super updated and clean and new. We enjoyed our stay!

The air-condition control is at the door very far from bed while there is no remote control, so you have to go each time while you are sleeping to adjust the temperature. We asked for a remote control from the reception and they said it is not provided. Also the views of our 2 rooms were not good just on the back street. We noticed also that the hair Conditioner was not good and so light like water which seems that they just added water to the bottle but other amenities were fine. If you choose accommodation in this hotel you have to consider that taxis to other parts of Phuket will be costly, although the place for take off to the journey with speed boat to James Bond Islands is near but we had to pay 1200 baht extra for picking us up from the hotel considering it located in a special zone.

The location is excellent near to the airport and also near to the place where we started our journey to James Bond Islands. And also away from the traffic crowded part of the island. The room is clean and everything is new, the beds are comfortable, room is very large. So I regret that I reserved 2 rooms for our family of 3 people as the room size is good enough to add another bed for an adult and pay for that. The swimming pool was perfect we enjoyed it at the last day after checkout for some hours before we go to the airport as in other days we were out of the hotel the whole day for other activities.

New hotel, right on Nai Yang beach they have parking which is good. Room was great with out own small spa pool on the balcony. Booked again.

I wish that you could order coffees and other hot drinks at breakfast rather than a coffee machine.

The room was spacious and clean. I loved that the beach was directly opposite the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was average but it done the job.

When we was showering, we could hear someone else turn on a shower in another room and our shower completely stopped working, we called down to reception and they said they would send someone up and never did. Can only imagine they knew what the problem was, plumbing needs looking at! Also the pool wasn’t what it looks like on photos it’s quite small.

Only stayed here as we wanted to be near the hotel for the evening we landed, nice size rooms

That there are no loungers except by the small pool that is really a fountain and next to the children’s babysitting. You can’t relax next to the main pool unless you have a pool room. Also staff is helpful but stressed and not very happy. Just not worth the money. Didn’t pay extra for breakfast.
