Basic hotel situated close to train station which was important to us. No staff present whatsoever apart from a maid at breakfast so you cannot ask questions easily or get local information It is budget budget and you get what you pay for No issue with cleanliness etc but they are making good margins of profit with the level of limited service provided

The breakfast is, eh how do you say, serviceable. I suppose it is great that any breakfast is included at that price, however it is really the minimum to qualify for breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay, and at that price unbeatable in Luleå.

Everything was fine. Don't be surprised : everything is organised only via email. Nothing face to face, we didn't see anyone. If you need your room to be cleaned, ask by puting the "clean my room" on the door. It's a good place to stay. Warm. Well located in the city ! :) Thanks for everything :)

The room was very cold despite the heater being on. This is due to the windows not being well isolated and the cold wind could find its way inside.

The cleaningness and staff were really nice, and they offer free hot beverages for the guests. It was also very near Lulea city center, with lots of restaurants near by!

No response to messages sent before arrival day asking about leaving luggage early on the day of check-in. Finally got a response on the day we arrived. It fortunately worked out OK in the end, but it would have been better to get it sorted before arrival.

Although accommodation and facilities are fairly basic, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Overall for the price, good value for money.

Bathroom was decent but fairly minimal (feeling like a student flat).

Checking in was a bit complicated if you arrive early. We came on the overnight train from Stockholm and hoped to check in early or at least leave our bags. The message from Booking.com referred to an email but we got this several hours later. The reception was unmanned and check in was by code. Our room was not soundproof and it got very noisy when a group had a party in the breakfast room next door. Poor Wi-Fi.

This hotel is a short walk from the railway station and town centre. The room was comfortable and clean. We left early to catch the train but the owner arranged for us to make a packed breakfast the night before. Free tea and coffee was provided.

Need to be clearer about parking- very few spots available, though nearby street parking free from 1800 to 0900. Apple maps has hotel located in wrong block ( not hotels fault). Had to chase up entry information as arriving late.

Beds small but comfortable. Good breakfast and tea facilities. Close to town centre, convenient for one night.

A good place to crash for a night in the very center of the city. Nothing stood out in particular, but we weren't disappointed by anything either.

Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Easy self check-in facility. Centrally located within Lulea - easy walking distance to South Harbour and the train station. Small but met all needs for a short stay.

Was not sent door code or room number until just before arrival. Can these please be sent at least two days before so as to make sure they are received in time. Also in English would be helpful.

Our room (room nr 13) was directly adjacent to the breakfast hall, 3 out of the 4 mornings I woke up at 7 due to other people talking in the breakfast hall, while I was hoping to sleep until 8.

Easy to reach from the bus stops in the city center. Also the self check-in worked very well; I got a text message that said how to enter the building and our room.

As our flight was early, we asked for an early breakfast, but unfortunately we didn't get an answer.

The accommodation is centrally located, close to the bus stop to the airport. The room is adequate, with comfortable beds and a shower.

The cleaning is very critical; It need to be put more effort and focus in general, although beds and bedclothes were clean.

Blocked drains on the ground floor. This is the source of the smell which other reviews were complaining about. It wasn't too strong, but it was there. They really need to sort out the plumbing, otherwise it is a perfectly acceptable small hotel.

The staff were very helpful when due to train delays we arrived about midnight.
