The room did not match the pictures. I felt like I was living in a homeless shelter. Which I was.

Don't know what reservation means. No message, no information. After arrival got info, that reserved room, not available. Hopefully, guy at reception forwarded to other place. However at that price, with such location, where was better options.

Average cleanliness and very noisy. The beds were very close to each other, so very tight space. The other guests in the room were very noisy. The kitchen is very close to the big shared room with only a door to separate the rooms, and this door was often kept open, then very noisy with people talking loud and transiting from/to the kitchen. But to be fair, the guests were not helping much. Some guests were a bit shady so I wasn't comfortable with my belongings around, always carrying everything with me.

bugs infest the place..no cleaning under the beds...you have to pay to get clean bedsheets...you have to pay if you need to put your luggage in a safe place 5 dollars per hour...I don't know how I describe this place... other hotels are cheaper and have better services

Bed bugs, they are simply still there. It's a deal-breaker. To be honest, it's at more than one hostel. Actually so far I know of 4 other hostels that have that problem. But they handle it better and so chances are you might not get bitten. But this place I would for that reason alone avoid. Since there, chances are you will get bitten.

I love the location. The staff are nice too. The guy sitting at reception might not greet you with the warmest welcome like at a hotel reception, but he is dedicated worker that sits available for you throughout the whole day. I don't pay for service when I'm there. Then I would go to at least the generator or Crafoord for around the same price, sometimes a little more but definitely worth.

The hostel is very poor health wise. The sleeping area is not up to standard. ( a very awful smell ).

Hostel staff coming to check berths every couple of hours that was annoying Inmates stealing foods and other stuff (battery charger etc) despite of lockers, simply because lockers are not working with small padlocks

The electricity supply was not in order. Also the bedlamp didn't work. Moreover, no sheet set and towel. sanitation was not in order everywhere! Unclear entry of users during the night. Also during the day sleepers in beds who came in in the morning! In my opinion, the most of these persons were not tourists/bagpackers!

Within first 2 hours i was full of flee bites allover my body, and left right away. They refunded one third of the 7 day payment. The room was very surely too small for that many beds, very few showers and toilets.

The room I stayed in seemed to have long term residents in it. The guy in the bed below complained when I got in quietly around 12am as he said he was tired, the same guy complained the next day around 5pm when I had to come back the room to charge my phone, he said again he was tired and trying to sleep. A guy in the bed opposite also complained about a lad on his phone, again it was 5pm in the afternoon. The day before I was due to check out my bedding was taken away (this was resolved right away)

Worst hostel I've ever been. It stinks, there are no windows, stuffy, crowded, the visitors are only refugees from the Middle East, homeless people, alcoholics. Despite the description, the storage boxes are not available, filled with no one knows what. You have to pay extra for bed linen, for leaving things after check-out. It is better to pay a little extra and choose a better place.
