“We had a few options for accommodation, but we are so glad we chose this one. When you arrive you are greeted with a stunning view. You can see the surrounding mountains and the city lights in the evening. The yard is so neat and the grass trimmed perfectly. There are a few options for sitting outside, there is a swing and tables. The view from the upper balcony is breathtaking. The owner is lovely and greeted us with coffee. It's secluded and quiet. I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is clean, well equipped. It feels very homely.”
“This is a property built around a restaurant and as such - has its limitations. The room is quite small, but the bed is big and comfortable. The hotel portion of the property is located on a first floor and it can become cold and a bit stuffy (only one window)
The breakfast is wonderful as is the dinner! We stayed there twice at the beginning and at the end of our road trip and received very different service. The first stay - everyone was very nice and accommodating, the second - the gentleman couldn't be bothered.
There is a nice green spot in front of the rooms where I did my yoga one morning and this was great.
There is nothing much to do in the area, so it's a good option for a one night stay.”
