In the business district, location worked for me, but others wanted more nightlife options.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast bar, Aldi grocery store right next door, within walking distance to on-off bus line, and the El Cortes Inglis (mega department store).

Super clean and comfortable, great breakfast, amazing staff, very helpful and attentive. We loved the attention to details(two fresh pastel de natas were on the table in our room when we arrived). Loved the place where the breakfast is served. All in all I enjoyed the stay and I highly recommend it.

We didn’t like the paper cups, I would much prefer proper cups and glasses in my room. We were on level two facing the street and it was very noisy.

All the staff at the hotel are exceptional, they were kind, enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood close to an amazing brunch spot, grocery store and about 5 minutes from the metro while being close to the city center. The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was clean, with a lot of space and a really nice bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are in Lisbon!

We stayed for one night at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. The front desk staff was very nice and so helpful with dining recommendations and directions. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. Convenient to metro, supermarket, restaurants, etc.

Nothing to complain about. A socket (or usb c) on both sides of the bed would be handy. The room had socket with usb on one side and usb on the other, but the usb was older large usb plug which I couldn't use.

Very modern, clean hotel. Staff were very good (for example would open the door and guide you to the lift and push buttons for you if you had your hands full). Liked the location, short walk to 2 tube lines (3 minutes to blue, 10 to red).

Only minor things. The charging sockets by one of the beds did not work which was a bit inconvenient, and the ‘city view’ was really the tops of the buildings opposite.

Well maintained and managed hotel, staff were polite and helpful, room was very clean with a nice private bathroom. Appreciated the complimentary pastel de natas on first night. Location is very near Parque metro station which will take you directly down towards Lisbon’s famous square on the coast (Praca do Comercio) and you can get more busses and trains from there. From Parque you can also head north a few stops to Jardim Zoológico to get a connecting train straight to Sintra which is a wonderful day trip.

Amazing location - able to walk everywhere and so many restaurants local. Cinema and shopping centre around the corner and two supermarkets right beside the hotel. The room had all the little thoughtful details - a nice cup of tea when I got in. A huge bathtub for a lovely hot bath. A lovely welcome pack and loads of free shampoo and body lotion etc. highly recommended
