We loved the accommodating staff who really excelled in ensuring our comfort. We were thrilled with the variety of options within the buffet- it was really accessible to eat healthily and going with a young son he had lots of options including porridge which were all baby friendly and sugar free. Very grateful for GF options too. Gym is good and the sauna is very good and quiet. Ze in reception was outstanding, as were our cleaners and the gentlemen at the buffet restaurant who all went above and beyond. There’s a playground close by (walking distance) which is awesome for children!

The Ala Carte and the Local Restaurant options that are provided as extras for AI - you receive poor service as you’re seen as sub par to the paying customers that they also receive. We found staff in both restaurants gave bad service. In comparison the buffet we received outstanding service. The property really needs renovation, with some very tired looking features. The location is isolated so you wouldn’t want to stay too long without a car. We did 10 days which was too long but had a car for 2. We would stay again for a shorter period. The entertainment was very lacking during our stay, the staff were nice but many of the activities didn’t happen, perhaps because of low season. The kids club is also for 4+ so we were unable to utilise the child free time on this occasion.

The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The female receptionist (forgot to ask for name) who completed our check in is very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and very good attitude. The male staff members who completed our check out are also very helpful, assisting us with booking of taxi. Bar tenders are also very friendly and helpful. I would say all the staff we have met are very nice so that was a great experience. Love the lounge area as well. Good ambience and comfy seats. The room is spacious and clean and bed comfortable. Also love the location

We absolutely loved our stay at these apartments. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even upgrading our room category. The birthday surprise for our second guest was a delightful touch. Our room had balcony windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, with a supermarket conveniently located within the building. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting.

Staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful they gave us some great suggestions and were on hand whenever we needed anything which was phenomenal.. We were so pleased to be able to drop off our luggage early and collect late after checking out for our evening flight. The room itself was simple but perfect for a few nights stay and the area was ideal as it was easy to walk or catch a tube to the centre. Plenty of lovely restaurants around too.

Great location in the middle of old town. If you rent a car, there is underground parking right in front of the building that you can book in the hotel. Very clean and staff super helpfull.

The apartment is located close to city-centre (in walking distance - 20-30 min). It's a bit smaller, but OK - for 2 days. Suitable for a young couple or backpackers.

It's a bit noisy - no problem with the road outside or night-life in Portugal, but you can hear voices and noises from other rooms or stairway. The bed is quite soft and it's position should be better: not in the corner and not under the decoration of tree branches. I take one star down due to the booking process: If I book accommodation via Booking.com I want to process the whole booking via this service. I have been spammed by the host provider (Guest Ready) on daily basis with the some (long) e-mail, which was not necessary, no action needed, just repeating non-relevant information.

The breakfast was great, and it provides 24hrs free coffee as well. The room even has a small heater in case you feel cold.The bathroom is big.

Could add a toaster. And the shower would leak a bit from the door after showering. We used a towel to keep it dry. Otherwise all was good!
