Shower water was erratic hot cold. Not a nice way to shower and kind of ruined an overall great renovated bathroom with nice walk in shower. Hope a plumber can better regulate the water. Missing a coat rack to hang wet coats coming in from regular Porto rain.

Location is fantastic. Spacious room on two levels. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. No street noise in the room due to good window insulation. Easy elevator.

I think because of the stairs, there is a light behind the headboard that stayed on all night which made it hard for me to sleep. May not bother others. Other than that the bed was very comfortable

We were unable to arrive before the staff left for the day at 3 o'clock. And we had a little bit of an issue with the key and the door. However, the manager made a special visit back to help us enter our room, it was user error, the reader was not working and the key was difficult, but she showed me it was very simple. She was extremely kind and and beyond to help us.

The location and despite being in the heart of the ribiera...it was a very quiet room. And very clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful.

Nothing. We had a bit of a mix up with our key but the lovely staff were very quick to resolve this and offered us a free breakfast as a lovely gesture.

The door lock to our room was a little frustrating, but I am sure it is repaired by now.

The location is marvelous for walking to main attractions in Porto and access to the river area.

Cons - The shower fluctuates between scolding hot and cold and the pillows gave us both sore necks as they were so high.

Pros- brilliant location two minutes from the river (and at the bottom of the many hills), lovely room and staff, no noise in the room despite a busy street outside and ongoing tram works. Worth noting the €100 safety deposit taken on arrival. Not an issue at all, but I didn’t read it at the time of booking so just a heads up.

We wanted to have a bottle of wine in our room after dinner but there wasn't a bottle opener in the room and we could not get one from the hotel staff as they were gone for the night.

Location was great, so close to the water and lots of restaurants! Room was very clean, modern and spacious.

The pillows were a little small and hard but that didn’t affect our sleep too much.

Staff were wonderful but unsurprisingly, the vila seemed understaffed for all that had to be done.
