Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is good but a little noisy, there is a big traffic around. The room looks dark to me. Not all lamps worked. And the furniture is old. The mattress and pillows weren't comfortable for me. Doors are wooden and it's no way to close your room door quietly. In the bathroom no fan.
The room was very clean. A lot of towels available, also shampoo, conditioner, etc. There are extra pillows too. Breakfast was great! We also liked the restaurant menu and the espresso coffee. The accomodation system is very slow but the receptionist was very polite and helpful.

Despite its somewhat tired appearance, this hotel remains our preferred choice for accommodations in Lisbon. Its convenient location and reliable service keep us coming back. While the hotel may not boast the newest furnishings or trendiest decor, what it lacks in aesthetics it more than makes up for in comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests we may have. Although some areas may be in need of a refresh, the overall experience at Radisson Lisbon is consistently positive. For travelers prioritizing convenience and reliability over flashy amenities, this hotel remains an excellent choice.

The free "Shuttle Service" was misleading and disappointing. We arrived at Lisbon airport in the middle of the afternoon after an 11-hour flight and called the hotel for the Shuttle, only to be told "they do not pick up from the airport", we then had to get a taxi at a cost of 24.50 euros, we had 4 check bags and two carry-ons. We were also informed that the Shuttle service only runs from early morning until 11.00 am to the airport. Our flight check-in time was 13.10, and not wanting to incur another taxi bill, we took the last shuttle,11.00 am, and sat around the airport for hours waiting for our flight.
Evening Buffet was excellent, as was the buffet breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Definitely not up to the standards of other Radisson Blu properties. The carpet is stained, the decor is tired. Quite expensive for a basic room.

No coffee machine in the room, only a kettle. The furniture is a bit outdated, but it didn’t affect the quality of the stay.

Had to pay extra for parking at the property. Claimed to have an airport shuttle but it was for taking guests to the airport only, not for pickup, and didn’t answer my email when I inquired. Several lights in the room were burned out. Restaurant was overpriced and mediocre.

There wasn't anything I didn't enjoy about my stay and will definitely be staying again when I return.
The whole experience of staying at my first Radisson blu hotel was thoroughly enjoyable from being received at check in to when I checked out. The staff around the hotel wether it was the room staff or the reception ,they were always pleasant and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable room, with nice extras like water bottles, coffee, tea, and a chocolate kit. Delightful breakfast with a large buffet and the option of orderin additional little dishes, like pancakes, toasts, and omelette. Very professional and helpful staff. Hotel close to the metro.
