The mattresses we had were at the end of their lives. The manager assured us that it was an issue they were aware of and in the process of rectifying.

It was supposed to be a twin room but it had a (large0double bed. It was assumed that everybody drinks coffee for their breakfast - no alternative such as tea offered.

Check in was very difficult. The information was buried in a link from a link in an email. It took us :45 minutes to figure it out with the help of other guests. We had asked for twin beds but either through a misunderstanding or miscommunication, ended up with a double.

Breakfast was good but delivery was scheduled later than I’d prefer. Some fruit and less bread would be nice. Location was good and the views of the river were beautuful.

Walls are very thin and people upstairs were walking in the middle of the night. It sounded like they were in the room with me. Maybe a suggestion to let people know that quiet time starts at 11:00 p.m. and maybe not use shoes when walking around the room. I tiptoe this morning so I wouldn't wake up people underneath me

The place was amazing. Sandra was very very helpful with tour stuff. She went out of her way to help me! This place is in the perfect area for sightseeing. The port wine that was left was very yummy Thank you so much

Nothing really. Breakfast was simple but good, maybe boiled eggs or some cheese or charcuterie would be nice, but on the other hand you could easily get some stuff from the store and prepare things in the kitchenette if you really need this with your breakfast. During the day it can get a little noisy if you open the windows, as there's a lot of traffic. But at night it's calm and as long as you shut the windows you really won't mind.

The location is absolutely perfect! View over the river, right next to the ribeira and just a few minutes walking to all the touristic hotspots. Breakfast delivered at your room is also very pleasant, as you don't have to rush in the morning, you do everything at your own pace and can enjoy the view while having breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. Staff was really friendly. And the pictures don't lie, the room is really charming and has everything you need. Next time we visit Porto we will definitely consider staying here again.

Breakfast is the same every day, you may like it, but we are used to meat products, cheeses, omelettes and various yoghurts, this is not here. It would be more convenient for guests to have breakfast at 8 o'clock rather than at 9 o'clock.

Nice room, clean, no problems with hot water, good Wi-Fi, no problems with noise from neighbors. From the balcony there was a view of the Douro River, all the necessary amenities were in the room.

There is almost no insulation between floors and rooms so each step your neighbor takes is heard. That´s the only downside to this place. Lots of noise between rooms, not from music, but just moving around and walking.

It was very easy to find the place, the keys easy to retrieve, and the space was very nice! Great location for walking around, restaurants, etc.

The road outside is quaint with the historic trams passing by, the road traffic was busy and came with a degree of noise. As the house is of a historic nature it wasn't equiped with modern double glazing so this niose was tangible.

Our GuestReady apartments (located on the top floor) were in a perfect location for exploring both the riverside and central Porto. The location was also close to the pedestrian bridge which takes you over to the port houses on the opposite bank. The rooms were well equiped for our needs, although we did not use the kitchen area for anything other than hot drinks. The rooms were equiped with two double beds, one of which was on a mezzanine floor with quite a steep climb and ladder. It suited our purposes and meant two of us sharing had a degree of privacy. The bathroom was of a good size and the shower supplied enough hot water. Continental breakfast was delivered daily and was simple but perfectly fine. All in all it worked well for a four night stay.

Balconies were shared between our room and another. so we were unable to keep the balcony doors open to let air in out of fear that people from the room next door could just walk in via the balcony. Additionally, as other reviewers mentioned, the apartments were rather noisy. The noise of the guests upstairs walking around was very loud (because of the old wood flooring), and since it is right next to the road and river, we heard seagulls, boats, cars, trams, etc and people all night. The shower also drained slowly, and there was a risk of the shower basin overflowing.

Good location right on the river and within walking distance to São Bento station. The room had everything we needed - towels, toiletries, cooking utensils, oil and vinegar, silverware, plates, cups, mugs, coffee, appliances, bedding, etc. Even things such as robes and a wine corkscrew were very thoughtfully included. The property seemed very safe, with a sturdy door. The room was clean and beautiful, with lots of natural light, and we had a river view from the balcony. An employee welcomed us in the lobby upon our arrival. We also received a nice continental breakfast placed outside out door on the morning, including hot coffee.
