The kitchen could have had some salt n pepper, better coffee maker. Very steep stairs , not great for people with mobility problems. All in all, a great location and cozy place.

Best central location in Evora, good parking in the plaza at the rear of the house. If you park in front to unload your car, it is snug😊

Wifi could have worked better, some areas of the apartment did not have good wifi connection. Also it was not very clean. I would improve this 2 areas.

When booking, it really appears to be a self contained apartment. However, it is a bedroom with private bathroom and shared kitchen, laundry, patio, etc. The shower leaked on the floor due to an unfitted shower curtain. The beds were quite hard. The croissant left for us were mouldy.

The location was excellent. The room was large enough, nice storage area.

I've never encountered such a breakfast system before. In the shared kitchen, the hostess provides food (eggs, bread, butter, sausage, and cheese), and then you cook for yourself. We had to wait until other residents vacated the kitchen so I could make a fried eggs.

The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions of the city. We rented a room with a private bathroom, but the kitchen is still shared. There are two terraces shared with other guests. The hostess is very friendly and helpful.

automatic light in the bathroom was awful- it kept turning off while showering which was extremely annoying. The place was also a bit on the loud side.

No parking available for our rental and Google maps kept sending us the wrong way.

Breakfast food was available for us to cook when we got up. Washing machine there to do our laundry with a great clothesline on the balcony. There was a great view from the balcony of the town square.

Other than difficult parking, the property is in a very good location, walking distance to all the sights in old town

A bit musty and tatty in places but not too bad. Part of Evora’s charm is the narrow cobbled streets, which make it difficult to park near the property. Anything within the city walls is chargeable during the day. The nearest free parking we found was at Arena d’Evora which was a short 5 min walk through the Jardin Publico de Evora - Mata. That is until after sunset when the park is locked and you have to go the long way round about 15 mins. The stay did come with an included breakfast which was left out by the hostess the night before she left to go home. Whether we were just unlikely but we found that going to the breakfast room in the morning to the shared kitchen, that a number of the breakfast items put out had mysteriously vanished, which was presumably another guest taking more than their fair share. It would be better if each room had their own breakfast pack so you didn’t miss out.

Great location just a stones throw from the Chapel of bones and a short walk to the city centre. View from our room looked over the square towards the Chapel. The hostess didn’t live at the property but was very helpful.

Our stay was very enjoyable. There were no negatives.

The location was excellent for sight seeing in Evora, as well as being close to our car park for travel outside of town. There was a well supplied kitchenette for guest use. We didn't use it, but we met people from Canada who did use it to prepare their supper. There was plenty to eat for breakfast in a communal refrigerator.

Not enough eggs for breakfast

This location is amazing, right beside the “Capela de Ossos”, we could walk everywhere. There is free parking a couple minutes walk away or paid parking during daytime at a closer location. Anabele greeted us and explained all about the property and surroundings, a free map was also provided. The place was very clean and organized.
