- You can not drop your bags before 12pm (In my case, I have specifically ask for a possible earlier checking way before the trip and I was not informed that) - Old couch and rugs, kind of dirty - The hot water stopped after two showers in a row. Not sure if it’s because of the normal old location of Porto but something to be mindful if you decide to go.

Minor issues: the chairs provided were very uncomfortable, mattresses were ok but not great, and the coffee maker did not work.

The hosts were very helpful and the location was great. The apartment was pretty good although it is not the same one pictured in the website. Despite some minor issues, I would recommend this as a reasonably priced place to stay in Porto.

We like a new sponge, there was a fair bit of mold and you can smell it upon entry. There was a dehumidifier that we had to empty at min, daily. Basic damp place, no where to put your bags or hang your clothes. Terrace had not been cleaned for at least a few months.

Location was amazing- close to everything, bars, restaurants, small convenience stores, the basics. No eggs or bakery to be found but we were only there 4 days.

They have different locations. Ours was up the road which was a bit harder to reach with suitcases and stroller due to the narrow and rough sidewalk.

The hills! Not particularly suitable for people who are not good on their legs. Our experience was adversely affected by the weather - it didn't stop raining.

It's a historic city with plenty to see. This apartment is in the thick of it with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

A couple of Hooks in the bathroom would be nice

The location is perfect, a short walk to everything you want to see. The apartment was just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. I would rent there again if I ever go back.

The small toilet had a mould issue. I think this is due to the stone walls or lack of ventilation but we couldn't use it and had to keep the door closed due to the damp smell. Luckily the room had 2 bathrooms so it wasn't too much of a problem. As it is also a residential block, depending on which flat you're in, the neighbours can be noisy. Very noisy family with kids jumping/running around upstairs. Some people may find this an issue if looking for somewhere really quiet.

The location was not too far from the main station, surrounding by some lovely family restaurants. Just be aware of the hills if deciding to walk there with a case. Room was good, good use of space and had a little balcony. Free coffee on arrival and, although we never met the owner, he was really easily contactable and got back to me with any queries I had straight away.

Really nice apartment, felt like it had recently been renovated as it was nice and modern. In a great location a short walk from all the main sights and some great local bars just round the corner.

Coffee capsules and wine glasses would be great. But can't fault everything else Just note the directions we received were for another apartment down the road so if we didn't meet the cleaner we would be lost. She was very helpful.

When I booked I asked if we could drop off bags early as our flight arrived 9am and the host said it wasn't a problem. On arrival in Porto we messaged him and were told we had to wait until 12.30. It was really annoying as there was a massive storm and our bags were soaked through when we could finally drop them off. It was disappointing to have the host back track.

Shower was fiddly to set the temperature and had some drainage issues which we mentioned to the owner upon leaving.

LOCATION! Honestly doesn’t get better than this. I was a bit worried about the subway construction noise but the old windows have new windows in front of them and then shutters so it wasn’t loud even when they were working. The back bedroom doesn’t have a window but the tall glass doors and wall with internal shutters avoid any closed in feeling. Both bedrooms have independent heating / cooling units. The place is modern and clean with a well operating lift although we usually used the stairs. Don’t miss the pasteis de nata on the corner!

The sliding Door of the bedroom was stuck, we informed about the problem as soon as we realised in the morning, but it seemed not possible to come and check while we were in. so it was not fixed and no much of information received, Only when we wrote back to inform that it was still in the same condition, I was told it could not be fixed. it was not a big problem, but still I founded that before a new check in they should have checked and fixed.

Conveniently located in the center of Porto, 2 bathrooms and furnished kitchen in case of need. Get the keys has been easy and the indication provided were very punctual. Wi-Fi was working properly. Door that divided the bedroom with dining room was broken.
