The staff was very helpful providing suggestions about the activities to do in Porto, suggesting good restaurants. They where all very friendly and making us feel welcome. The view from the room was amazing

Concerning negative things I have few constructive suggestions. In my opinion for a 4 star hotel you should have the following things: bathrobes and slippers available for guests. Upon arrival I had to ask for a body milk, conditioner and a toothbrush which I think should be in the room apon arrival. When the room is made you should put new coffee sachets and milk otherwise the guest is going to feel like they are the ones to always have to control the room and whether it has everything that it should. When you don't control whether the room has everything available for guests you can have a situation like I did that the hairdryer was broken and I was stuck with wet hair in the middle of the night. I asked for a another one but the receptionist, even though super nice and professionall, said that they don't have another one available and the rooms are all full so he can't take another hairdryer from another room. Thank God I didn't catch a cold.

Nice hotel, good location, clean and quiet  rooms with sufficient space.  Beautiful view of the Republic square. The staff was really nice and professionall. Evevrything worth sightseeing is maximum 20 minutes away by foot. Metro is nearby.

Remember you'll have to walk up a steep hill to come back home from the river area.

Beautiful hotel and view from every direction. Our twin room was very comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal for people who want to be at a short walk distance from the center but with a good night of sleep. Overall a great place to stay.

Our room was a lil bit to small but very clean and well planed.

The staff was incredible… super friendly and we even got a lunchbox for our trip back home because we could not attend to the breakfast. Simply amazing

It’s located at the top of a hill. Okay going down to city centre but bit of a slog going back up.

Comfortable hotel overlooking nice parkland. Bed was comfortable and staff were very pleasant. Handy for airport.

Difficult to get into the bathroom due to the close proximity of the shower door and wash hand basin to the door. Shower door did not open fully. Fine for me, but a larger person would struggle

A very nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helped us with directions and located the Cathedral and local restaurants for us. The cafe is very nice and the service is excellent. The breakfast is excellent - lots of fresh choices.

They should change the foot mats at the front door as they are very worn out. It gives a complete wrong impression of the hotel. This really is a minor thing though.

Check-in takes 40min, Air condition was not working the first few days (and you can only tilt the window a bit to get fresh air), room was pretty tiny

The hotel was nosey at times throughout the night and we did get annoyed with the hallway light shining into the bedroom at night. Could be dimmer
