The bathroom was a bit small. There was a bathtub/shower combo, and you had to be very careful getting in and out of the shower.

Drain in the bathroom had a mild sewer smell, coffee maker broke and the staff did not replace it until I insisted. The blow dryer was temperamental extending the amount of time it took to dry my hair. Other than the french doors the room is nothing special. Small room with minimal to no storage for clothes including folded and hanging.

Room 203 had a set of french doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking main avenue to the river on left and Rossi square looking right. I loved being able to open the doors for fresh air and to hear the excitement outside. Amazingly the sound dropped 90% when I closed the door. Very good noise blocking. Location is in tourist central which made meeting tour groups a simple walk across the street. But getting to more unique or artsy neighborhoods was 10+ minutes away.

Breakfast was overpriced at the ground floor restaurant. However, they offered a 'welcome' glass of port. That was a delight!

We only ate breakfast the first morning, it was excellent, nice presentation. We left to early for the airport so missed breakfast. The location was amazing!!.Wish we would have stayed a few more nites.Highly recommend this hotel!!

Very central location in downtown, safe, super clean and amazing helpful staff. Breakfast was included and was outstanding!! One staff member Christina was invaluable to us - she was so friendly and courteous and helpful and went beyond her duties as staff to greet us each day and make sure that we were having a good time. Our stay was really made special by her!!

Lots of street noise. We had a street-facing room and earplugs were required. We also had one unpleasant experience: we paid for breakfast but on our last morning we had to leave NINE MINUTES before the dining room was opened. The buffet was fully set up and we asked if we could grab a couple of pastries on the way out. Incredibly, the answer was no.

Ideal location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.

Our room with one double bed was quite small, with not much space for suitcases. The bathroom had very little counter space for toiletry bags, etc. TVs in adjacent rooms could be heard, maybe because they are wall mounted.

The location of the hotel was perfect, located on the square where the tour buses, taxis, tuktuks, and other transport, as well as walking tours, left from. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Despite our second floor window looking out on the square, our room was very quiet. Loved that we could walk no more than 10 minutes to get to the waterfront and that there are so many bars and restaurants in the area. Every single one of the hotel staff were wonderful; attentive, friendly, able to answer any question and help with any request. The attached restaurant, Bastardo Fish Bar, was always busy and serves excellent food. I would definitely stay here again!

however for us personally it was almost a little to central, it was a little loud at night and there was nowhere close to just sit and relax as it is in the prime street for people to come up to you and try and sell you things or ask for money. But I would still 10/10 recommend and stay again.

Location is incredible, you couldn't be more central - everything is in walking distance and the staff are super helpful in explaining the area. Taxi's are so cheap too as you are super close to all the pleases not in walking distance too

I really liked all things, i have no comments.

The hotel was perfect, we enjoyed it very much!! The staff was reakly helpful and friendly, the location was amazing, exactly in the center, and the streets around it are flat so it was convenient to walk. Alot of cafes and restaurants near by and the Metro was 1 minute walk. The room was very clean, and the size was good
