No kitchen amenities, not even coffee for 1 cup the 1st morning. No salt, pepper, olive oil, nothing. What is provided is very minimal. (soap, etcl) As mentioned in other reviews, bathroom towel hooks are worthless, but not enough of a reason not to book this place.

Loved the location. The apartment is bright and airy & the layout was great for 2 couples. Nice big glass door in the living/kitchen area that opened up onto the backside, not the street side. Rooms were nice size. Plenty of cookware. 3 of the pans didn't work on the infused top cooking stove and they replaced them the next day. Would stay again.

Level of cleaningness could be further improved and the shades are white so if you are a light sleeper you might want to take a sleep mask. Beds are a bit hard for our taste but overall new and relatively comfortable.

Perfectly located and quiet, the lift made a whole difference (difficult to find in Lisbon), the living room was huge and you had all you need to wash dishes and prepare a meal at home + shower gel/shampoo is also provided. Check in was easy (you need to call but they answered quickly). The flat was not booked on our last day, so got an extra hour for check out, which was appreciated. Having two bathrooms was also very convenient.

Apartment is situated in perfect location.It was easy to reach atractive places from there.A day trip to Sintra was so easy because Rossio Train Station is in few minutes walk. Apartment is modern and well furnished and we really feel like home.

Despite being chain-owned, the apartment managers were kind enough to let us in two hours early, as soon as the apartment was cleaned, so we could rest after our long flight. We so appreciated that! The location could not be better. Honestly, it's right in the center of everything and yet very quiet and secure. It's extremely spacious with a lovely balcony looking up to the hillside and park. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom and the bedroom down the hall has access to a HUGE bathroom with a bathtub that I used to soothe my sore calves after clocking 8 miles of Lisbon's hills. A famous cafe is less than a block away as are dozens of amazing restaurants and an entrance to the Metro. Clean, white and bright, this apartment is a fantastic option, though slightly more expensive than other places we stayed in Portugal. (And yet a steal by US standards!) Enjoy. Wish I were there now!

a. 4 females used lots of toilet paper, so we ended up need to buy more after the 3rd days of staying. They won't provide additional. b. In general the checking in process was great. But, there were way too many redundant emails with confusing information before the trip upon till arrival. It all worked out great eventually, but I think someone need to clean up those emails information that provide to the customer.

I could imagine happily moving in long term except 2 nits! the towel hooks are little short polished metal cylinders and no towels stayed up ever—and spare decor meant nowhere else to put the towel. Also some pots in kitchen did not work on convection stove, so what are they for?

Incredibly convenient location right by metro and train stations, tram up the hill AND backs onto restaurant row. Apartment is tate fully decorated, A/C and laundry were great to have in a heat wave!

Insufficient plates and glasses, there were only 3 wine glasses for 4 people. To be fair on my second request 6 more were delivered. Although a couple of dishwasher tablets were provided, the lack of crockery meant you had to wash up by hand and no washing up liquid or laundry tablets were provided. Also only one basic dishcloth and tea towel were provided. There also were insufficient towels for a 5 night stay. If these very basic items had been provided, this apartment would have scored higher.

There are trip hazards everywhere on the streets of Lisbon. The streets are cobbled and uneven, the cobble stones are missing or broken in places, leaving holes on the pavements which can hazardous. The cobble stones can also be a little slippery when wet.

The location of the apartment block is excellent. The apartment itself was fair to good overall, but certainly not luxury. It was cold and wet during our stay and we were grateful that the apartment had heating. Lisbon is a really beautiful city. It's architecturally interesting and has plenty of charm. We found the people to be extremely helpful.
