I am still in awe with the whole property. It was the most amazing thought well space I’ve ever been to. The “flat” was spacious, bright, clean and lovely. I loved how the old Portuguese style was greeted with a more modern style; it was really clever. The breakfast is a fantastic touch and I was pleasantly surprised when it was just beyond bread; we were also given natas, croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was absolutely delicious and I will forever rave about this property. Hopefully I’ll be able to come back soon!

Only thing: floors could have been a tad cleaner (found some hairs and such on first night), not bad at all though.

Breakfast with fresh orange juice, quality soaps in room, fridge stocked with food and drink! Reception very helpful and kind. Perfect location.

Late check in was arranged and Hugo was really helpful in recommending somewhere close to eat, which was excellent - in fact he gave some other recommendations too which turned out to be perfect. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning but apartment also had a fridge with items in like milk, butter, jams etc - plus a great coffee machine. Nice touch of complimentary fruit and some bubbles. Whole building smelt fresh and clean and pool in the garden was a good place to chill after walking up & down the hills of Lisbon. It felt like a home from home with added bonus of being able to walk out and experience a new culture and exciting things to see and do. We’d definitely return and recommend to friends and family for location near transport links as well as being such a lovely, comfortable and friendly place to stay. Thank you so much to the whole team!

The location is a bit far from the centre, but I enjoyed the relaxed vibe. The centre is too busy with tourists and the Graça neighbourhood allowed us to experience the real Lisbon.

Loved the apartment and its decoration. It made us feel like we were ready to relax and enjoy our stay. The facilities were perfect and the breakfast service was top notch. Hugo gave us great recommendations and was very accommodating.

Beautiful property! So clean, cultural vibes, quiet location but not far from the action and on the highest hill - so close to the best viewpoint of Lisbon! Staff are so lovely and patient and help as much as they can. We were given a bottle of complimentary wine upon arrival into our room and also complimentary breakfast items each morning. The pool and garden area was lovely too.

Although the breakfast was lovely would have liked some fruit. The pool was out of action which we didn't know about before hand.

We are two ladies who wouldn't want to sleep together so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. Only after we arrived did we learn from front desk man Alfonso that the fold out sofa is not really appropriate for an adult. This meant that the person sleeping on the sofa would have to walk through the master bedroom and disturb the other guest in order to use the bathroom. Had we known this we would've booked another property.

Very steep hill but UBER so inexpensive always under €5 from centre to apartment back, walk down is fine!

All the details from high quality bed linen and throws. Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Safe + hairdryer. Breakfast bag every morning with something different and freshly baked, delicious. We had a lovely relaxing breakfast in the comfort of our own apartment, great after a waking holiday!

Nothing! We’d highly recommend and would love to stay here again if we come back to Lisbon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dona Graca - the apartments are beautifully done and offer a home away from home. The little extras, like the amazing breakfast left outside your door, really made the stay perfect. It was also a great location and very quiet, yet not too far away to access everything. We were visiting in March, so didn’t get chance to use the pool, but I can imagine it’s a lovely addition in the summer months after a day exploring the city. We were also made to feel very welcome : )

Could occasionally hear neighboring guests, though not too bad and to be expected in a major city. Parking was a headache, though I found parking eventually. The grounds were attractive, but being renovated--so we could not access them fully.

Loved the apartment. Comfy bed and great bathroom set up. Neighborhood was relatively quiet compared to the rest of the city.
