The shower box is too small whuch might be a concern to big guy. Not much toiletries. Sound proof not satisfactory especially staying on the ground floor

Very clean, quiet, nicely maintained suite in the center of Sintra, close to train station and all attractions. Parking included. Restaurants in walking distance. All you need to spend quality time.

The room was small but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Luckily, we could use one of the 5 parking spots offered by the hotel. The location is quite good to visit the center, even more so if you come or leave by train, as the train station is very close.

Room was over moist, possibly because of lack of aspiration into the toilet, resulting in wet windows almost all day long. Just one power outlet simple to be used to charge our phones in the entire room (toilet one was out of order). Main lamp in the room didn't work Just one soap made available for 3 days and 3 towels provided (rather than 4)

Location was few meters away from railway station and off confusion of city center (even if easy to get there through a 10 minutes walk)

There was no staff on-site when we arrived in the morning , but we were able to drop our bags at reception and day staff looked after them for us.

Very cosy and was a real home away from home, it was only a very short 5 minute walk from the train station which was extremely helpful. The staff was very helpful with advice and looking after our luggage.

The room has a kettle, you can make tea there! It's a great advantage as we never saw it in other hotels in Portugal Location is great, close to all transportation and one minute from train station. We specifically appreciated heating:)

Spacious room, central heating in the winter - was very comfortable, quiet, comfy beds. Walkable to national palace, 5 min walk to huge free parking.

There was only one socket for the large room - not even next to two tables, one of them with a kettle. The socket in the bathroom isn't working. The room was cleaned with bleach, so there was a strong smell of chlorine. The heating is not adjustable. Yes, it was warm, but during the night, until sunrise, it was too hot because we couldn't open the windows due to the noise outside. There was no lift.

We are generally satisfied. We liked the location. The room is quite large. The windows are good and garantee silence. The room is clean. And it was warm. It had its own car park.

Everything was great but the only thing, at least for us, was that there were not any towels and that the owners don't speak english.

The hotel is right in the center of Sintra. It has a big parking space behind, which was a big bonus for us. The owners are really friendly and nice. They waited for us and helped.

A little difficult to locate especially using Google maps as it's a one way system, so when it says you've arrived, park up immediately and find the check in just around the corner otherwise you will have to do another loop of the town to access their parking..

Lovely place to stay. Excellent location especially being near the train station for Lisbon and bus pick up point for the Palace. Has its own parking, a real bonus in Portugal. Restaurants and bars close by too!

NB. They only accept cash They don't speak a word of English Expect the minimum - 1 teabag between 2 people, 1 thin pillow, a shower so small I had to squeeze my body through the door. No Aircon. No duvet cover!

Cleanliness in bathroom - toilet dirty, empty mini toiletry products / bars if soap coveted in hairs in shower. Limited check-in times for travellers meaning had to rush/change plans to get there.

The place is clean and modern and the only thing that was very annoying was the heavy double pane front door was directly under my room and after hours every time Simmons entered or left through the double there was a big bang and my room rattled. Don't accept room 11.

Location is excellent within 300m of the station and all activities. Transporting luggage is easy. Consider that on Portugal most streets and footpaths are rough cobblestones and hilly with lots of steps. Even luggage with wheels won't work. This place is not affected.
