Horrible service, just after arrival serios problems with lavatory have been identified, the water in shower was stuck and floated across facility, besides disgusting smell appeard, presumably due problems with sewage. I immediately informed landlord as by phone as in booking application but for all upcoming 4 days nothing was done! Fortunately it was another lavatory in the facility.

As we travelled in the winter we found it was cold at night. Needed more heaters or thicker bedding.

Location was excellent. Close to old town and about 15 minute walk from Praia Dona Ana. Apartment was large and really clean. Kitchen was very well equipped.

There might be an umbrella available. We bought one and left it there, so maybe the next guests will have more comfortable relax on the beach🙂

Huge apartment with a park and the well-kept city walls view. Within walking distance of the city centre and also Dona Ana beach. Two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, comfortable beds, balcony and breakfast terrace with a park view. Quiet street with parking by the house.

We had the unique situation of staying in this condo March 1-22 and again April 1-9. The washing machine was inoperable the first day and when I reported it they said they knew about it. It never was fixed. They said they needed a company repairman fix it since it was under warranty. 1 finally came on March 20 but very jovially said they’d be back the next day. They didn’t show up. When we checked in April 1 the washer still wasn’t fixed and we were told by Dream Algarve the Dream Algarve handyman would fix it. He never showed up and no further communication was given on this. We had to carry laundry up and down 3 flights of stairs to do laundry at Spar. This cost 6 euros each load and we were told we would be reimbursed but the only way would be to give them our bank information. We are reluctant to do this. We asked for more water glasses (there was 1) during our first stay and reported it at checkout. The staff said “but you’re checking out” as if there was no longer a need for them. There was still only 1 when we checked in April 1. This is a 6 person capacity rental so it should be reasonable to have 6 glasses. There are lovely views but the living room design is totally closed off and dark. A mirror or pictures on the walls would help. 54 steps to get to the unit (no elevator).

The location close to beaches and Old Town and lovely views from 2 balconies. It was spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms were all updated. We liked the ease of making coffee with the pods. It was very clean in the condo and also the stairs and hallways.

1 outside blind in bedroom wouldn’t stay all the way up. I think a huge safety issue is not having outside handles on the sliding doors. It’s very easy to get locked outside. En suite bathroom toilet needs to be replaced. The biggest problem with our stay was that the rental is represented as having a washing machine. This was very important as we were staying 3weeks. The machine didn’t work and we were told that the repair technician would be there numerous times. They finally came 2 days before we were to check out and after a look at it said they would need to come back the next day. They again just didn’t show up.

If there was a breakfast we were not informed of it. The kitchen was well equipped. It was roomy ( we were only 2 people). The balcony and views are lovely and would have enjoyed them had the weather been warm. It was convenient drying clothes in the covered deck. Towels and bed linens were very nice. It was very clean.

There is a very nasty smell in the house that is caused by mold. The humidity level in the house is too high. Two of us had allergic reactions to the mold and moisture. And the bathrooms were clogged, curtains with mold hanging on them, washing machine that did not work, air conditioning that did not turn off, etc.

No breakfast and the shower drain didn’t work and the other bathroom had no water pressure . The beds were way too hard.

Worse experience. The apartament is în the oppsite direction than the check in and they should announce this in a first place. After another 20 min walk, we took the Keys but we cannot enter because the keys were broken. I call them abd they say that they knew about it and I should push the door or twisted more. Unbelivable!

Sink did not drain as was not fixed during the 3 days we were there. Be aware it is on the third floor with no elevator and no AC. Management company we disinterested and rude. Park noisy even 2 am so unable to keep windows open for cooling.
