host were attentive with guest, will asked and help with all the help we needed. unit were clean and comfortable. very close to public transportation. easy access to 24/7 shop. secure. overall, will def stay here again next time!

Two things I didn't like. 1)Early check ins are chargeable though available. 2)Access in and out of facility is controlled by card (which is good) however this doesn't work as expected and security intervention was required.

Overall my stay was very great in Summer Suite. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Convenient for family who wants to do some level of moderate cooking than relying on restaurant food. There are two super market at ground floor where essentials could be purchased. It's walkable from star attractions Petronas tower and KL Tower, Closeby to Quill mall which is like a 15 min walk. 250mtr from mono rail station Bukit Nanas and 500 mtr from LRT station Dang Wangi.

There was no luggage storage available , so we had to wait in the reception area for the room to be ready.

The location was so close to the LRT station and very close to Petronas and KL tower. The staff were very prompt and gave quick responses. Property was well maintained.

Parking overnight is quite expensive RM30/night. Luckily got better option nearby RM8/night.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the centre of KL. Great when travelling with kids. It even has a little grocery store in the building!

There were no cons for me, I liked the place. ***But I will use this space to share my observations and tips with future guests, in light of some other reviews I read prior to my stay.*** Bear in mind this is never a hotel stay so you would need to temper your expectations - if you can do this, I believe you would have a pleasant experience. Bathroom door was cracked at the bottom, and when you’re showering, it made the whole toilet space wet, but this in no way affected my stay as I’m not very fussed about it. One thing that took me aback was when Siti took the previous laundry out of the washing machine when she guided me in, I would’ve thought this was done before I checked in but again, no big issue. You would also need to pack your own toiletries, and bedding might be a bit tough for some. Otherwise, this is a great place for value especially with kids, if you don’t mind the slightly dated facilities and occasional wall paint peeling. There’s no daily inhouse cleaning, so do treat this space as how you would in your own and clean up after yourself if you want your space to be clean. I did not use the pool so I can’t gauge how good it is.

Property was very spacious, and I basically had everything I needed to ensure a great stay. There was a grocery mart and a convenience store downstairs as well! Security guards were everywhere, which did make me feel safe. There’s a washer and dryer for your use as well.

Only the bed sheets seemed to irritate my skin, that I felt itchy every night before going to bed.

Generally it has everything you need, and the studio is spacious at a fairly good location. Communication with their host team had been very good, they are super helpful :)
