There was a lot of light in the room which was perfect during the day, but could easily wake you up at early morning hours! Unfortunately,given that my room was at the first floor, there was a lot of noise from the upper floors but this was basically due to other residents who simply did not respect others, especially during nights. Yet, the hotel staff was more than willing to intervene and resolve effectively such issue,the moment I decided to inform them about it.

The room was as showed in the photos,and the area where the hotel is located is totally safe and easy to walk around neighbouring areas. The staff was friendly and available to help you in case you needed anything!

But mattress and pillows are chip and uncomfortable. Sheets are also not high quality. The curtains are Roman curtains so they are not covering fully the windows so it’s pretty bright in the morning and sun goes into the room through the space between the windows and the curtains. Very bad soundproofing, I heard everything that was happening inside of other rooms, all talks or TV. Also the shelfs for cups and glass are dirty. I stayed in different types of rooms and the quality is the same.

Excellent location, super clean and the beds were the best: very firm and comfortable. Some were complaining that they are to hard, but in reality if you want to rest well, you want a firm bed. And it was excellent here!

No breakfast for the price makes it not that great value for money. Staff are good but a bit too focused on being cool rather than service. My studio did not have a window. So it might not be a good option for someone who does not like enclosed spaces

When we checked into our room we were told there were welcome drinks inside our fridge. The welcome drinks consisted of one small beer. I read other reviews that said there was a fully stocked mini bar fridge. When we enquired with reception about this we were told the welcome drinks were one beer. Not even water.

The suite was beautiful, stunning view of Mexico City and surrounds, comfortable bed. Good wifi in the room.

The room faced a noisy avenue, so there was quite some noise. The hotel provided earplugs.

Everything was nice. There is no iron in the room, but there are several ironing rooms in the hotel where you can get it. Just ask at the reception, they will help you.

Hi! The hotel is located very close to Polanco area that is a great location to walk and visit restaurants. I booked standard suite: it was very spacious, huge windows, small kichinette and nice sofa area, table to eat and work. There is small wardrobe also where you can put your cloth. The room was huge and very clean, full of light. Staff at the reception was very helpful and nice. There are several washing machines in the hotel where you can wash your cloth by yourself.

The wall is thin.

The man at the reception desk was very polite and helpful. The security is also very good. I stayed in a room without a window. The room was stylish and I didn't mind, I was very satisfied. Shampoo and conditioner are available. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure and temperature were fine.

Rooms without of view means no windows, absolutely no windows. With the industrial feel of hotel, the no windows fact was just weird (claustrophobic). None of the pictures or descriptions indicate NO WINDOWS.
